If you do not receive an email confirmation of your request, there are a few places it could have ended up:
1) If you’re a Gmail user, the message may have been placed in the Social or Promotions tab.
2) The message may have been marked as SPAM by your email service provider. Check your SPAM folder to see if this is the case and move the mail to your inbox for better future deliverability.
3) Some mail programs (Outlook, Windows Mail) have integrated junk mail filtering. Check your junk mail folders in these programs and verify the activation message wasn’t filtered and move the mail to your inbox for better future deliverability.
