The work, from the crew side
A trip is a crew of three and one patient. Two drivers rotate behind the wheel so the vehicle keeps moving safely on routes that run hundreds or thousands of miles. In the back, a medical professional cares for one patient the entire way: medications on schedule, oxygen managed, family in a seat beside the patient, with a bed to rest on.
You run company-owned Mercedes Sprinters, not whatever a broker could book. We plan the trips, coordinate with the hospitals, and put our own crews on the road. This is not a gig app, and we don't hand your seat to the lowest bidder.
The honest part: routes are long, and you may work away from home. In return, the work is real: a patient too fragile to fly, a family that couldn't do this themselves, and a crew they'll remember by name.
Who we're looking for
ACC Medlink is a drug-free workplace. We build our team from licensed and certified professionals in these roles:
Nurses
Licensed RNs (Registered Nurses) and licensed LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses): the medical professional beside the bed for the whole trip.
Paramedics & EMTs
Certified Paramedics and certified EMTs comfortable owning one patient's care on a long route.
Drivers
Experienced licensed drivers with clean driving records. You'll share the wheel with a second driver on every long route.
Note: as part of the team, you may work away from home. If we have work in your area, we'll be sure to give you a call.
