From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and communication. Our driver, Eric, was courteous, steady, and highly professional. He kept us informed throughout the process and ensured the seven-hour trip was smooth and comfortable. Our nurse, Jackson, was outstanding. His clinical competence, attentiveness, and calm demeanor gave our family tremendous peace of mind. He monitored my father carefully throughout the entire journey, was proactive in addressing any needs, and treated him with genuine respect and compassion. Eric and Jackson are truly a great team. Their coordination, communication with one another, and shared commitment to patient care were evident throughout the entire trip. They worked seamlessly together to make sure my father was safe, comfortable, and well cared for from bedside to bedside. Moving an aging parent is never easy, but ACC Medlink made what could have been a stressful experience feel organized, safe, and dignified. The availability and professionalism of the staff by phone was a comfort during the uncertainty of when and how I would be able to transport my father from Las Vegas to Saratoga, FL. He was bed ridden after a stroke and it was not recommended that he fly, so we opted to use ACC Medlink to handle the ground transport. After reading a review about another client they transported from Seattle to FL, I was convinced they had the experience to bring my father cross country and closer to family. The drivers were professional and focused on getting us there quickly and safely. The nurse was very attentive to my father's needs and mine as the passenger. I am so grateful to everyone who helped in making this transport a reality for my father and our family. Cheryl, Keith and Peter did an incredible job transporting both of my parents safely across the country on a 36-hour journey by ground transport. My parents have very different needs - mom is an insulin-dependent diabetic with some mobility issues, and dad is physically active with Alzheimers. Cheryl and the team were able to manage their individual needs successfully and with compassion, despite my dad's agitation throughout the trip. Cheryl did a great job of keeping us informed along the way, and we can't thank the team enough for taking great care of them. We had a great team with Linda, Bernard & Eric. They were very caring & respectful of our mother & our family members. They made every effort to keep our mom comfortable for our 25 hour trip.

She cared for my wife like it was her own mother, and I really appreciated her attention to my wife. Bernard Senior was a fantastic driver and did everything he could to help make our trip as comfortable as possible, including getting us food and drinks. If I had to use your service again, I would request this team!

Linda Fletcher is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate nurse I've ever met!! She took care of my wife like it was her mother. And she's very easy to talk to. Bernard Senior, our driver was also a wonderful person and an expert driver and navigator. He took care of all of our needs for food and drinks. I would ask for him again if that was a possibility. If it wasn't for the occasion, I would say we really enjoyed it, but it made it as easy as possible on us as could be in the situation.
