ACC Medlink answered all of my upfront questions quickly and in detail. As the date of the move kept changing, they were very adaptable to requote and tentative scheduling. Prior to the move, the onboard nurse called me and told me what to expect, asked all kinds of questions on how to make the trip better for my Mother who was moving from FL to PA. Then they made sure to advocate for her to the sending facility who made the transfer a little more difficult than it needed to be. Kat and Vince are the bomb. Ask for them if you can!

For our family, ACC MedLink was heaven sent! Our Dad had been through multiple illnesses while trying to recover from emergency surgery. He was in and out of hospitals and rehab facilities for 3 months. This led to him becoming bedridden and unable to care for himself. All the children live a significant distance away and were unable to be in town as much as needed.
