June 22, 2026Transported a family member with dementia and medical complications from Florida to New York. Patient was comfortable the entire time. Enjoyed watching movies and looking out the window. His regular caregiver travelled comfortably with him and she was relaxed and impressed with the care he received from the ACC nurse on board. The trip took over 20 hours and went very smoothly. They slept, ate, watched movies and enjoyed the company of the ACC staff.

June 21, 2026I made this trip from Florida to Oklahoma with my brother. EMT and drivers were all extremely helpful and all about our safety, care, and comfort. They could not have been any better to us than they were. They made what could have been a very stressful trip so seemlessly easy. We were able to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and make more memories with each other. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

June 21, 2026Staff were excellent. Attentive in every way to the needs of my sister in law. They safely transported our 95 yo family member from Long Island ,NY to East Tennessee . The total time was 13hrs and 45 min. During that time they ensured care and safety. Highly recommend. The van itself was very bumpy , but road conditions were not good.
