ACC MedLink provided exceptional medical transportation services during our time of need. They arrived promptly for pickup and ensured we reached our destination safely and on schedule. Their team was also very attentive to our comfort, making frequent rest stops as needed.

Everything went so smoothly. The coordinators were on top of everything. I got timely reminders before the trip. The crew made every attempt to keep my brother calm on a seven hour ride. They called when they left and they left on time. They called when my brother needed to talk to me. They were very friendly and professional when they delivered him to the nursing home. All in all, a great experience.

Trying to move from a rehab in FL to one in GA to be closer to family can be stressful. Getting an open bed then getting long distance transportation within the time frame allowed priced to be challenging. Every company usually requires 2 to 3 days lead time. Thanks to Debbie and Danny who were willing to make a 400 mile transport on a days notice! I couldn't have been any better satisfied with the process. On Tuesday I told ACC Medlink that I was calling around to see if I could get a transport for Wed or Thursday at the latest. Originally they had told me Sat was the first available. I was so grateful and relieved when I got a call back from them saying they had a team step up to provide the service. Debbie and Danny were both wonderful, asking questions to get to know Don and keeping me up to date on where they were. I'd recommend ACC Medlink to anyone needing long distance non emergency transportation.

DaKwan, Marquette and Heath did their jobs professionally and with kindness during a 14-hour multi state trip. DaKwan was reassuring, attentive to my mother's needs and maintained her privacy in tight quarters. We feel fortunate to be placed with this team who took their jobs seriously and deferred to the patient's needs.

The service was excellent. I received a call the day before the trip and I was told the van had a problem. One of the employees flew to Chicago and picked up another van, drove it back to Pennsylvania so they were able to transport my mother to Baltimore. Most companies would have postponed the trip but ACC went the extra mile to make sure my mother was transported safely and comfortable to Baltimore. Thank you!

The driving was expert, the nursing care was top notch! Problems were anticipated and handled. They took as much care of me as they did for my sister. All three were caring, capable, nice and so very expert! It was a 14 hour trip with very windy weather but I felt safe during the whole trip. Thanks guys! You made a stressful trip much easier!
