The transport team kept my son and daughter up to date with where we were and my condition. They helped me with all my needs and got me food. All of them were so friendly and I will miss my new friends. Thank you for bringing me to my son in Kansas.

ACC drove up to find my 90 yr old dad in serious condition, and after reviewing his initial vital readings had to say no to the transport by rule. However they worked with me and stayed to take more readings over the next 2 hours during which my dad's condition improved to be within their guidelines and they were off with my mother in tow. I was in constant contact with Josh the medic throughout the overnight, I received text updates every 2 hours and my dad remained stable with no issues. My mom on the other hand was having stomach issues and they helped her to get stomach meds and buy a charger for her dying phone. We couldn't have been happier to see the transport van come into the parking lot to our cheers, and they were very quick to get dad unloaded and into his room. As far as I am concerned, they are super-heros!! Thank you so much!

Our transport team put our nerves at ease and made the transport as smooth as possible. Great communication from pick up and drop off, as well as updates along the way. Linda took the time to get to know our dad and make him comfortable on the journey.

My mother came from rehab for a broken hip. She has late-stage Alzheimer’s with high anxiety and pain in the newly replaced hip. Suzan and her driver were so professional. They transported her over 7 hours in as much comfort as possible, as well as really managing mother’s anxiety. I HIGHLY recommend ACC MedLink.

While expensive—and understand why it would be—I am so thankful and glad we chose to transport my 95 year old father 800+ miles, from Iowa to Mississippi—from one assisted living facility to another—to be close to his remaining family so we can care for him. I researched ACC Medlink online, and because the reviews were overall very good, I chose to check into their service further. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the phone coordinators throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating, and the coordination of my dad’s transfer went off without a hitch. The time of scheduled pickup and the estimated time of arrival at the other end were on point. The van and team transporting my dad were there to pick him up as scheduled, and all three presented themselves as friendly and professional. The medic Dakwon, and drivers Kacey and Bryan, were a joy to work with, and presented my dad to us at the other end of the trip in great health, and in good spirits. These three men were great guys overall! I was glad he was well taken care of on the way down. The bottom line is this: I am so glad we employed ACC Medlink to transport my very aged and slightly dementia father 800+ miles over a 13 hour non-stop trip. Excellent assistance from everyone, from initial call of inquiry to patient drop-off. Emily, Rosalba and Jomo provided excellent care to my husband throughout the long transport from Mesa, AZ to Fort Worth, TX. We could not have done it without them.

Excellent service. We transferred my Mom from New Mexico to Denver in style. One of the crew members was from her small town in Illinois which her feel special. Overall an excellent experience for my Mom at a difficult time.

Brian, Anthony, and Armando were kind, helpful, and incredibly professional during our ride from WPB, FL to Northern, NJ. My mom was not well enough to fly and this was the best option for helping get her home. I looked at a variety of companies, and their prices were all similar to ACC's. It was ACC's reviews and detailed descriptions of their vans that set them apart. I read as many negative reviews as I could, too, for due diligence sake. They were almost universally either people upset that the contract required payment despite their loved ones not being able to travel or people upset about the quality of food en route. A contract is a contract and food is food. If I were on vacation, I would maybe want something a little nicer to eat, but considering I was hoping to get my mom north as quickly as possible, short stops for perfectly ok takeout were just fine. The team always asked me if I was comfortable, if the food was ok, if there was anything they could do. They were truly fantastic. I would never choose to ride in a van for 22 hours straight if I could help it, but if I had to do it again, I would 100% choose ACC.
