Tawny and Bobby were outstanding, helpful to my sister, very caring, professional, absolutely love them.

Our crew did an excellent job transporting my mom and dad from Oceanside, NY to Pineville, NC. The team was professional, safe, patient, and attentive throughout the entire trip. They made sure both patients were comfortable, cared for, and transported with respect from start to finish. I truly appreciate the crew's hard work, compassion, and dedication. I would definitely recommend this team for long-distance medical transport

Great experience with the non-emergency medical transport team from Virginia to Connecticut. The two drivers and nurse Robert Spence were professional, safe, attentive, and compassionate throughout the trip. I would definitely recommend this crew.

Michael and Hassani were FANTASTIC! They treated my grandmother with gentle care and concern as if she was their own family member. She was not made to feel as though she was any trouble or bother and they treated her with the dignity that the elderly deserve. They were kind to her and entertained her the whole 8 hour trip. We are so grateful to them for the safe transfer.

Really happy Eric the EMT called me the night before transporting my dad. I knew he would make the long trip very comfortable for him and look after his best interests.

We left our 95 year old fragile mom in the care of a VERY EXCELLENT team - to travel in comfort for 1400 miles all within 24 hours. Laverne and Ken (the 2 drivers) were a very experienced driving team. They drove our mom from Fort Lauderdale area in Florida to Long island, NY . She (mom) had absolutely no complaints regarding the drivers. She said their driving was very good and done with extreme professionalism. They treated us all with high regard and most certainly gave us feelings and facts of reassurance regarding their team effort and ability to deliver our mom safely to her new physical Rehab destination in Long Island NY. Mom (also legally blind) had suffered a severe heart attack and stroke along with severe pneumonia only 6 weeks ago. The nurse Saedie onboard - what a blessing she was! She was extremely professional and yet at the same time providing extraordinary care and comfort along with much needed emotional support to our mom, on a 24 hour long ride (transport). She provided updates, photos and communication with us as promised. At her arrival in Massapequa, Long Island- our mom was transferred into the facility with care and she was appropriately settled into the new facility. It was all coordinated and done according to plan without any complications or incidents- as we weren't able to get to NY ourselves until the next day after mom's arrival at the NY facility. Needless to say, we are VERY PLEASED. Thank you. Christine and Dennis Levine.

Honestly we were kind of dreading this trip, a 20-hour drive. The actual experience totally exceeded our expectations. Michael called the morning of our 4 pm departure to ask if there were any snacks we wanted onboard for the trip; we were bringing our own so we declined, but it was both courteous and reassuring to hear in person from the medic Before they showed up at our home. On the drive itself, Michael was exceptionally thoughtful, safety-conscious, and accommodating. Bryan and Jose were friendly, kind, and very careful drivers. All three of them were positive and in good spirits for all of the drive, which made the overall trip much more positive. These three gentlemen together made the absolute best out of a trip that was by definition challenging and unfamiliar for the two of us.

Thank you guys for making a stressful trip easier cand enjoyable. The crew was amazing and attentive to our needs. They were the best. Bobby really was a blessing to my mom and so compassionate.
