I just wasn't sure how these guys would get me down the stairs. I've been so nervous since I fell and broke my leg. These guys we awesome and get and A+ from me! Jomo and Naomi worked so well as a team to get in the van safely, and just like that we were on our way! Suzan paid special attention to me, assisted me every step of the way. They took care of my niece very well also. We arrived just as expected. Awesome work! Thanks to ACC I made it home safely, and now on to my journey in healing. Again thank ACC for making the impossible possible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding experience ! The Jamaica and drivers Rod , Shava was professional, compassionate, respectful, and attentive from pickup to arrival. Despite the long distance, the entire transport was handled with excellent communication, patience, and genuine care for the patient. Safety and comfort were clearly a priority every step of the way. Truly a team that goes above and beyond—literally going the extra mile! Highly recommend!

From start to finish, their service gave our family tremendous peace of mind while transporting my aunt, who has bariatric needs, from Wyoming to Colorado. The booking staff were professional, patient, and understanding as we waited for the transfer information. Their support made the process easy and reassuring. Our crew—Tawny, Amber, and Jordan “Jeffrey”—was outstanding: compassionate, attentive, and professional. They made my aunt feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey, treating her with dignity and respect without ever making her feel like a burden or inconvenience. Their kindness and professionalism turned a potentially stressful experience into a calm and reassuring one. Knowing my aunt was in such capable, caring hands meant everything to our family. These are the most compassionate people I have ever meet in my entire life .they have made this very painful journey so special and easy . They made everything professional. I will never ever forget the joy that was put in our hearts. I repeat i will never ever forget Jamaica, Shava, and Rodriguez.

Wonderful experience with this crew. Patient, courteous, and caring throughout the journey. We’re hopeful to have the same crew for the return leg (CO to MA) on Sept. 30th if possible. We had to do a long distance transport of my mom from SC to TN (9 hours) and ACC Medlink made everything easy for us. Mostly, I want to give a shout out to Lisa, Lester and Manuel - our nurse and drivers - for making all of us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. It was a huge relief!

Terrell, Eckner and Chris at pickup greeted us with their warm smiles and professional handshakes. They treated my sister with the most respect and she said they were very nice to her from the beginning of the trip to the end. When she arrived safe and sound, they greeted the rest of the family waiting at the other end with that same warmth and professionalism. She said they fed her well and her favorite was the Godfather's Pizza!! They kept her as comfortable as they could during the trip (even though the roads were very bumpy and her bladder was screaming whenever they hit those bumps!!) Their patience with her was much appreciated. The whole family thanks you, Chris, Terrell and Eckner!!
