Acc medical Eckner Bryan Jamaica transport brought my mom home today from California to Washington. It was a smooth transition. The driver Eckner Bryan and the nurse Jamaica were also superb keeping in touch with my mom and the nurse and it was a great thing to do is because my mom is ill and it got her where she wanted to be in a healthy manner so thank you thank you so much. The Cru Eckner Bryan Jamaica was exceptional thank you thank you.

The crew (Danny, Saad and Jonathan) were great. They were professional, prompt and courteous. They achieved the expected arrival time! Moreover, Danny—the medical team member—did an excellent job updating me on my loved one’s journey. His communication skills were exemplary, which was important since I had a loved one traveling hundreds of miles without a familiar face. Danny displayed a nice sense of humor, making everything more pleasant.

The Crew was outstanding, kind, courteous and attentive to my sister, the patient, as well as myself. I would highly recommend ACC Med link to anyone who might need this type of service.

Thank you ACC for your help! Also thank you to the crew who transported my mom. We have been going back and forth with nursing homes for the past year trying to get my mom situated and safe. This has been all a headache. I was so worried about getting her to Texas, we were so sure about other methods airplane, ect. You guys made it all happen! I can't give enough kudos to Cory, Bernard Jr. and Juan. They were wonderful! My Mom said they treated her like a queen. They made sure she had snacks and shows she liked. She stated they also checked on her frequently to make sure she was comfortable. She traveled from Pensacola, FL to Western Maryland. They even carried in her luggage. Thank you for everything!!

From my first outreach to get information to the team’s departure at our destination, my dad and I wanted for nothing. The ride was safe, comfortable, and we both felt cared for. I would recommend ACC a million times over.

PLEASE…Let’s start at the beginning… Dad had fallen multiple times and was no longer able to walk easily and was in the hospital. He would now need 24/7 care and could no longer live without help or care. Dad lived in Missouri, shell knob …we live in Massachusetts…so how to get him back to our home. I was in a panic… crazy with confusion… not knowing what to do…so I did what most people might do I looked up on Google… Airbus was so crazy money Over $100,000 or more , a private nurse who would travel with him was over $ 10,000 … over the road , Long distance ambulance WAS the best option… I called around and spoke with three (3) different services and got (3) different quotes… ACC MEDI WAS THE VERY BEST… From the first phone call I spoke with agent “Jodi” Who was so very helpful, nice, very knowledgeable and genuine about herself and there business…she was a doll and a great asset to their company… BUT the real STARS ARE THE PEOPLE WHO TRANSPORTED MY DAD… These three (3) Gentlemen : Davonta Terrell Khamari They are amazing, not only for all the things they do but they also go over and above all else to see you have the very best of care and want for nothing They deserve all the best accolades. They deserve all the praise and respect they were so great for Dad and made his trip home here with us …. A wonderful experience….. Thank you…Thank you… …..
