She was there to help with every need that I had. Gave me privacy when I needed privacy. Her medical background for me was excellent. She understood my conditions was sympathetic and suggested ways to make the trip easier for me. She was outstanding.

July 20, 2026They did what I couldn’t do- transport of my dementia afflicted mother who can be very cantankerous and dramatic. Things got ugly because she was determined she wasn’t going but they handled with tremendous respect and patience (for both of us). Though she can’t remember much she spoke very highly of Brandt. She is convinced the trip was by train. the vehicle they used looked comfortable and well maintained. Thank you very much.

July 13, 2026The entire crew was 110% Knowledgeable, Proffesional, and Courteous. They all worked hard to keep my mother comfortable before and during the 10 hour ride. The only suggestion I would have would be to install a couple of power ports in the back by each bed and seat. Thank you again. Steve
