Tim was driving and a very kind calm person. Michael took care of mom on the ride from Michigan to Chicagoland area. Michael accidentally had my mother's cell phone in his pocket but has graciously said he would overnight it back to us. Very grateful for these two people and this service!

Excellent experience - right from the start of an email inquiry till the end of the trip. The crew transported my 90 year old Dad, afflicted with poor mobility, safely from Florida to California. My brother and I accompanied. Crew was professional and caring at all times. The vehicle felt a little cramped with an extra passenger, but other than that was a great experience. Everybody from the phone coordinators to the actual drivers were fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect as we haven't done this before, but everyone displayed constant professionalism. In the weeks leading up to it, the phone team kept me always updated and made sure I had what I needed to get everything set up. Even though when I called I would often (but not too often!) get a different person, they always seemed to be immediately in the know of what the case was and there was never any frustrating "catch up" with each phone operator. The crew was amazing upon arrival and drop off. Super friendly and kept me aware of everything. My father said it was a fantastic trip and was very complimentary of the drivers! It's not cheap so I hope I don't need it again :), but if I did I would choose ACC!
