Overall, an excellent experience with ACC Medlink. Ryan and others made it easy to get a quote, patiently answered all my questions, were clear on timelines, followed through reliably with the schedule, followed up with the discharging and receiving nursing homes to make sure everyone was coordinated. Most importantly, the 2 driver team of Hasani and Shalicia, and the nurse Cheryl were kind, patient, warm, and excellent communicators, touching base at multiple points along the route. My mother felt safe with them as she made the 24 hour journey. Very grateful. Thank you so much. The most stressful aspect of this process may be beyond the control of ACC Medlink. If either the sending or receiving facility made an error in being ready for the planned transport dates, I would be responsible for the full fee of transportation. Given that a driving crew would be without the necessary work, I understand. However, the time needed in advance of the reservation to secure the vehicle was earlier than the ability of the discharging facility to have a doctor sign off and confirm the departure. I had to personally have an elder care advocate ask the office of the doctor who would sign the paperwork as to whether they were 100% confident they would approve the said date on time. It all worked out, however, and I am most grateful for the high quality service that was provided. The end feeling is just gratitude.

Would highly recommend! I had a family member driven from Kentucky to New Jersey. ACC MedLink was VERY professional, from the customer service before the trip to the excellent on board staff! The staff were very thorough! I was in contact with the nurse the whole trip, even able to track their location. They escorted her from bed to bed. excellent service! A special thank you to Tawny, Amber and Jordan!

This is a very long transport from Michigan to California, The crew was on time, professional, understanding and very helpful in the whole transportation Highly recommend, the only method I use in the future.

Erik was courteous, professional, and prompt with responses and updates. All three crew members were so kind to my parents and treated them with respect and compassion. I appreciated their wonderful care and would highly recommend them and ACC to others in similar situations. It’s incredibly difficult to handle all the issues related to caring for aging parents, but this transport made this entire experience a little easier! Thank you to Erik, Bernard and Francis!

Accmedlink is the real deal. I admit I had reservations about the company and the transportation itself. Those reservations were quickly dispelled. The crew was on time to begin the journey , they were respectful, kind, courteous, patient and very professional. They worked together very well and made a 6 hour transport very easy for my wife who was very sick. I would recommend this company for any and all non emergency medical transportation. I give the crew a 10 out of 10 for their door to door transport.

The team from Houston was fantastic. Kind, compassionate and professional. They took excellent care of the patient and me as passenger. They helped make a 17 hour drive relatively easy. The van was fairly comfortable but it would be nice for the passenger to have a seat and not just the bed (even though adjustable) for such a long ride. Also the refrigerator was broken and the inverter beeped regularly. Annoying given the pricing.
