This crew was amazingly kind and competent. This was a long arduous trip and my dad was not always pleasant, but the crew handled all of it with patience and grace. My only suggestion to the company would be to train the crew on the use of snow chains. We encountered chain restrictions near Tahoe and the crew had to scramble to figure out a solution. They were amazing, they met the challenge head on to work on solution and never once complained in a less than ideal situation.

Linda provided warm, compassionate care to our Mom'and to our family members involved in the transport. The crew was great about making arrangements (unexpectedly) to secure medication for our Mom while en route to her destination. Thanks to everyone for a safe and secure journey!

We cannot say enough about the exceptional care our 82-year-old mother received during her long-distance medical transport from St. Louis all the way to Michigan. From the moment the team arrived, it was clear we were in the very best hands. Bobby, T and Z are great team and we would love to ride with them again if needed.

I would highly recommend this company. I was researching ways to get my ailing relative from Florida back home to Ohio. Honestly, reading their website and reviews, I wondered if it was too good to be true. I am happy to say they came through in every aspect just as advertised. This was exactly what we needed during a difficult time. Our crew was the absolute best and I pray their lives will be blessed as much as they blessed ours.

Our situation was challenging and the crew made the whole experience manageable. My dad has dementia and can be quite difficult, disruptive, and sometimes unkind. The crew handled it all very well with compassion and grace.
