We were impressed with the office staff, who were all able to answer questions and provide guidance regarding our trip. Regardless of who we spoke with, they all had access to the information specific to our trip. As clients, I feel we could have been more helpful had we known the procedures regarding meals in advance. Our preliminary input about food was unintentionally inappropriate, since we did not know what to expect. It would have been helpful to know that there was no galley equipment on the van, and that meal stops would be takeout along the route. I might suggest simple check boxes with generalized options for non-perishable snacks, drink selections, and meals. I am available to elaborate with specifics, if you would like to contact me. Again, thank you for providing this essential service. It was by far the best option for relocating both of our 90 + aged parents. I will recommend your services to others in similar situations.
