Lisa, Lester and Manual was great. Lisa was on top of every movement trying to make my husband comfortable. The guys were very helpful as well.

This has been such a complex transition to get Bob situated. I am so grateful all of you were able to assist us getting my husband to closer location that he can be taken care of properly. ACC team, Naomi and Jomo were awesome! They arrived on time and took exceptional care of us during the trip. Suzan was especially great and patient with Bob. We had a mishap while on the way and she made sure everything went well. Thank you very much for your service.

Lisa very upbeat and professional. She was so caring to my mom. I could tell that I made the right decision. The whole crew was so welcoming and that made my initial anxiety all disappear. Myriam was a great communicator. She let me know when they were on their way, when they left and she texted me photos and texts of the trip with my mother. She let me know when they arrived and she stayed with my mom to check her overall health and change her diapers. She was so sweet.

This was a wonderful experience for both my mom and myself. The staff were always making mom feel Comfortable and taking care of her medical needs. Joshua did an amazing job with keeping me updated thru texts and photos along the route. I was even notified when 45 mins out so I was able to be waiting at the care facility to receive Mom. I can’t thank them enough for their care and concern. Will recommend to anyone needing this type of transport. Thank you.

Our family was faced with a very stressful situation when my dad ended up in the hospital and then rehab in North Carolina while we were in the process of moving them to Ohio to be near family. As soon as my dad was stronger I began searching for transportation to get my dad transferred for additional rehab in Ohio. From my first inquiry call ACC Medlink was professional and courteous. They coordinated my dad’s trip (picked him up at rehab in NC and delivered him to rehab in Ohio.) They kept him comfortable along the way and gave me updates all day long. Thank you Lisa, Lester and Manuel for bringing my dad closer to family while he continues healing. We greatly appreciate your care and support. If we ever know another family that needs a loved one transported I will definitely recommend ACC Medlink.
