I had an outstanding experience with the critical care transport team of Bobby and Alexis during a transfer from Missouri to Iowa. From start to finish, their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were exceptional.

From my first call with initial questions, to several follow up calls from me and both my siblings we had nothing but good vibes. The phone team was informative, patient and thorough. I received follow up calls as promised. My mom was a little nervous to be travelling over 15 hours but the team took great care of her. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with ACC Medlink. James, Tawny, and Jose went above and beyond in transporting my mother from Florida to New Jersey. They handled my mother and her items with care, were excellent communicators, and showcased professionalism throughout the experience. They travelled in bad weather and brought my mother not only comfort, but joy during the trip by talking music and sharing stories. I truly appreciate care staff that deliver on that promise of care. All involved in the transport were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately our highway roads are not the best, no reflection on the driving, under the circumstances all was great.

Cory was professional and kind to my brother. He left AMA and Cory was unwavering not letting anyone intimidate us and kept everything on track. Once on the road my brother felt safe knowing a veteran was taking care of him. The ride was a little rough but that was because the wind was so bad they said it was a safety feature in the vehicle.
