We appreciate our wonderful crew for getting us to our place safe and comfortable. They were attentive and very caring, would definitely recommend them to anybody.

I am glad that I found this company. From beginning to end the crew members were highly professional and gave my brother personalized attention with his medical condition. My brother was transported from Mobile Alabama to Washington DC which was a 17 hour trip. I was also allowed to text the nurse along the way to get updates. In addition, they played movies for my brother to watch while he rode in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter Medical Transport. I would highly recommend this company!

Every moment of the service was of highest quality from the initial inquiry and time the representative took with me, to my inquiries with follow up questions and then finally to the booking, scheduling, coordination with both the pick up hospital and receiving rehab program, to the transport and ultimate delivery of the patient. All contact was professional, warm and highly efficient. The staff on the transport, Tawny, Heath and Lewis, were courteous, accommodating, friendly, professional, and efficient. Without hesitation, I would recommend ACC MedLink to anyone needing transport.

Transport crew was fantastic! They were 6 min early for the pick up time and incredibly kind to my mom during the entire process. Even though there was a bit of a time crunch, they never seemed hurried or impatient with any of us. They were extremely concerned with mom's overall comfort. I am incredibly thankful for the service you guys provide. The peace of mind was worth every penny we spent on this move! Great job!

I cannot thank Emily and the team enough for getting my parents back to their home state safely. Sending my parents off for a 24 hour transport was scary but the team put my mind at ease. They continually updated me of their well being, and how far away they were. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I had an outstanding experience with the critical care transport team of Bobby and Alexis during a transfer from Missouri to Iowa. From start to finish, their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were exceptional.

From my first call with initial questions, to several follow up calls from me and both my siblings we had nothing but good vibes. The phone team was informative, patient and thorough. I received follow up calls as promised. My mom was a little nervous to be travelling over 15 hours but the team took great care of her. I have no regrets about choosing ACC Medlink to transport our precious 82 year old mom to us from NC to CT. Superb experience from beginning to end.

Really want to say thank you to our medical team during the transport from my home in Texas to New Mexico. It was a rough trip, but my team kept me safe and secured.
