Can't believe the trip was so fast. Pitstops were about right in frequency and length of time. SO GLAD TO BE HOME.

The service was excellent. I received a call the day before the trip and I was told the van had a problem. One of the employees flew to Chicago and picked up another van, drove it back to Pennsylvania so they were able to transport my mother to Baltimore. Most companies would have postponed the trip but ACC went the extra mile to make sure my mother was transported safely and comfortable to Baltimore. Thank you!

The driving was expert, the nursing care was top notch! Problems were anticipated and handled. They took as much care of me as they did for my sister. All three were caring, capable, nice and so very expert! It was a 14 hour trip with very windy weather but I felt safe during the whole trip. Thanks guys! You made a stressful trip much easier!

Sandra the nurse don't know what we would have done without her . My mom didn't want to come and Sandra made her so comfortable and felt safe and sent us updates and pics I can't say enough about her. And also the drivers patience and understanding

Timely, accommodating, efficient...took good care of my brother and me....both in our 80s...my only recommendation...staff should not talk down about another member to the client, talk directly to them and not in front of client. It was uncomfortable since I didn't have any back history.
