John was very satisfied with his transport experience! He enjoyed his snacks & drinks! I appreciated the few updates that the nurse sent me! Whenever I called AccMedlink, the people I spoke to were friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable! I appreciated AccMedlink's willingness to work with me on receiving a check for payment vs credit card payment once I returned home!

Nikki was my initial contact on the phone and through the initial transaction. She was always helpful and timely. Davonta is the first person I talked to. He's the medic and he helped arrange the initial arrival when they were coming in. He was really great handling Neil even though Neil could be difficult. I think he let me do the initial part and then when it got tough, he stepped in and that worked really well for me and Neil and I appreciate that Jomo was a great driver and always a wonderful soul to talk to. Alex the other driver very kind and was great driving through the windy plains I enjoyed them immensely. Wonderful job by all!

I cannot say enough great things about the critical care transport team of Bobby, Keith, and Eckner during an extended transfer from Detroit to Montgomery, Alabama with my aunt. I am incredibly grateful for their service and would trust this team again without hesitation. Truly a 5-star experience.

We've been dealing with our mother who had a severe stroke on 2/20/26. On top of that dealing with my dad who's been married to her for almost 72 years. We were so moved at how wonderful everyone was from start to finish. We had them use ground transport from Florida to Pennsylvania. Everything was taken care of by them and we were able to call anytime day or night and get an update. It was such a relief to be able to feel confident that our mother was well cared for and safe.
