So thankful for Chris, Gabriel, and Landon! They safely transported my mother across the country. They were very attentive and provided regular updates. Everyone I worked with over the phone from scheduling to billing was extremely helpful. The crew that arrived took excellent care of my mom on her journey to Texas. She felt safe and was comfortable. The crew was compassionate and kind.

The Price family very much appreciates the efforts made by Helen, Brianna, and the schedulers in Punta Gorda to meet our somewhat rushed needs. Our crew -- drivers JoMo and Jose, and EMT Chris -- were delightful and accommodated us in all ways. JoMo worked magic through a closed highway section and adjacent roads. We always felt safe with JoMo's and Jose's driving. The van, its beds and seats were super comfortable. The reason I'm giving the vehicle overall a 4-star rating is the van lacks an electrical or USB outlet for passengers to charge their mobile devices. The crew readily allowed us to use an outlet behind the driver. Thank you very much. We strongly encourage anyone needing safe, comfortable medical transport to use ACC Medlink.
