Its been very stressful trying to move my mom across the Country while she is having some serious medical issues. ACC Medlink made the process seamless. They responded very quickly and set up transportation for my mom immediately. The staff person riding with her communicated with me through out the trip and it put my mind at ease for sure. I highly recommend this company to transport your loved one.

Although there were three crew members who provided care for my 88 year old Father, Brent was my point of contact. He called me as they were getting ready to transport my Dad across state lines for an 11 hour drive. Brent assured me they would take good care of my Dad and said he was their top priority. He texted and called me just before their arrival. Great customer service and very professional. I would definitely use this service again.

Experience was very positive. Crew was outstanding. Vehicle was as comfortable as one that size could be. Ride a little bumpy. Would highly recommend the company and this crew.

I was impressed by the professionalism by the office staff when I reserved the move from Tennessee to Florida for my father in law from one assisted living location to another. They were very personable toward our needs. We were waiting at the assisted living facility in Florida when the transport arrived. I was surprised and amazed by the size and quality of the transport vehicle, inside and outside. Then I met the crew and I was even more impressed. All three of them showed a great deal of compassion for my father in law and his well being. Over all, 1-10, I would give and the company a 10+ on the move. I would completely recommend ACC/MEDLINK to anyone.
