We were in an unknown situation, trying to get our very ill family member from Memphis, Tennessee to Victoria, Texas. We did not know who to turn to, so we started researching on the internet. ACC Medlink was our second call, and you answered the phone! Sigh of relief! The start of this journey to the coordinating of all parties involved. Tyler, Melissa, and Helen were amazing courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Drivers were there on time at the hospital ready to transport our loved one. The staff names if my memory serves me correctly, Fern, Vincent, and K, but anyhow they were wonderful also. It was a 10 plus hour drive. Thank you so much we will never forget this experience. Scary unknown to manageable and putting our hearts and our minds at ease.

My mom is almost 90 years and suffers from Cerebral Vascular Demetia. Her symptoms include loss of hearing, vision and balance. Your RN Lynn, the drivers Kris and Kacey did an amazing job of navigating the entire Eastern Seaboard. They treated my mother with courtesy, care and safety as if it was their own mother. Congrats on a major transportation done with excellence!!!

Damin and K our drivers were amazing and took such good care of our travel. We felt safe and comfortable Sandra put my worries at ease with the health issues my mom had on our long trip. Julie (nurse) & the two guys were very nice. The office people on the phone were, too. Everyone was very helpful during a very stressful time. We were so happy the team was available on such short notice.

Drivers Damon and Kelon were efficient, courteous, helpful, accommodating, respectful and all around very nice. The Nurse, Linda, was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and understanding of my daughters needs and wants. She did her job so well and made a very long and difficult trip for my daughter and myself as easy and comfortable as possible.

The Medlink staff from coordinators to the crew had all the answers. They gained my confidence that my mother would be moved to her new home over 500 miles safely. Then they accomplished this by coming through.

I cannot thank you enough for the excellent trip you helped us make moving my mother to Florida. From the moment we decided on your company, making the reservation and the ultimate kindness of everyone involved, made this a good experience. From those in the office keeping us informed as we went to Jan our transport nurse who texted us and kept us up to date on details and shared stories with us along our route. She took excellent care of my mom and that security went a long way. To our drivers Sean & Manuel, who kept us laughing every moment and would always ask if we needed anything at all. Their calmness and efficiency made us feel safe. My family cannot thank you enough. I would recommend you to anyone who needed your services. Thank you!
