The crew picked me up on time, got me loaded and on the road. They were compassionate and kind and made the trip as comfortable as possible. I had a back injury and they were able to keep me stable and safe.

The entire trip was comfortable and easy for my husband and I. The accommodations in the vehicle were perfect, so we both slept through the whole trip, and arrived home 2 hours early! The crew was great, especially Ranese, who looked after us like a mother. I would recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs medical transport.

One year ago, my mother was trapped in a horrible nursing home in the height of COVID in another state. ACC Medlink provided us an option to get her home in time for her to pass peacefully with family. They went above and beyond expectations. The staff that dropped her off knew more about her condition than even the nursing home staff. They were fantastic. I am eternally grateful for this service and the staff. Thank you so much, my mother would have never made it home without you.

All the crew members were great. I spoke to Ms. Allen and her son and they both said the care and the team were excellent. Emily was wonderful. I don't remember the other two gentlemen's names but they were great. My client was very pleased with the service and I would certainly recommend your service to everyone.
