February 29, 2024I was extremely nervous transporting my elderly mother from NY to GA. The entire staff I spoke with before were so helpful and nice. When the transport came the drivers were extremely nice. The nurse was absolutely amazing. She made my mom comfortable and was on point with dealing with facility she was moving from. She made sure everything was in order. The van was perfect with a TV and I received updates on their way there. I would highly recommend! Thank you so much for making a difficult trip so easy!

February 19, 2024The personal comfort on the stretcher mattress was not as comfortable as expected. Mercedes Sprinter =ambulance=truck no matter how you slice it! The medical staff individual was truly exceptional in every parameter. He literally could easily become a personal friend. The drivers were very pleasant.

February 13, 2024My mother-in-law and I were impressed and very pleased with ACC Medlink on her recent transport from Maryland to Colorado. The staff was excellent! They were very responsive to our needs and requests both in advance of the trip and while we were under way. My mother-in-law was particularly impressed with our nurse, Kat, who provided comfort and personal care for her along the 30-hour drive. I highly recommend ACC Medlink. It's expensive to do long distance transport for your loved one and you want to be in compassionate, capable hands for the journey. ACC Medlink was a great choice and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

February 5, 2024I was very happy that my mom had Kat as her nurse/assistant on the ride. My mom was over the moon with how well her ride was and couldn't say enough nice things about Kat and Vincent. She said she never had to ask for anything more than once and Kat made her feel very comfortable and made sure she had everything that she needed for the ride. I would highly recommend ACCmedlink. I was a bit worried transporting my mom on her own. but she seemed very content and was pleased with her care. Thank you, Kat and Vincent, for taking such good care of my mom.
