Everything went perfect from the beginning. Everyone I had dealings with were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I need a long distance transport again, I will definitely use ACC Medlink.

Overall very pleased with the transport service. Communication between the hospital and nursing home was excellent and very smooth for this interstate transfer. My only disappointment was when the vehicle broke down or had mechanical issues, extending the transport of my father from NYC to Springfield, Missouri by about 15 more hours. The initial trip was about 19 - 20 hours. It was a very long journey for him, in unfamiliar places and with his dementia, not easy for him. However, the medic, Melissa, was quick to inform me and a replacement transport vehicle was dispatched as quickly as possible and that is what took time, other than normal traveling and care for my father. Melissa was an excellent communicator and managed this issue with my father with his safety in mind, having him at an ER for the time waiting for the new vehicle to arrive. I would say that I also would have liked to know that I could communicate with the transport team earlier than I did. When you've not used the service before, there are processes that would be good to know. The team overall, transport communicators and travel team were great, all very helpful with initial costs, contracts, payment and transport plans - professional and informative. This event was very stressful for us as a family, wanting to ensure my father's safety and smooth transport. While there was an issue, it was handled with safety protocols and professionalism. I was very glad when he arrived here for me to be able to see him and manage his care. I would certainly recommend ACC Medlink.

Caleb, the driver left the initial positive impression when he didn't bark at me as I interrupted his breakfast, prior to beginning. Rather, he agreed to try bringing the oversized medical van closer to the nursing home, sparing the pt, my 97 yr old aunt unnecessary exposure to the cold. As I accompanied the team throughout the process of transferring her to the van, the med tech (forgive my memory for the name) stepped up to interact with the less than professional nursing facility staff.

We were very nervous about a 19 hour trip from NC to TX with my 92 yo mom who suffered a stroke in Dec 2021. But the guys were so nice and helpful that it was a very good and low stress trip.

Entire crew was very professional and top notch! This is not an inexpensive venture to undertake but the process was smooth from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend to anyone in need of their services.

Even though the van itself seemed a little unorganized, the trio was great. I can't imagine being on the road as many hours as they are on a daily basis. Not to mention the precious cargo they transport on every trip. But, they all seemed to work well together. They were all very friendly and accommodating for any of our wants and needs. I am so thankful that your organization got us home safely. I believe everyone paid very close attention to every detail, from the initial contact via email, to arriving at our destination and making certain we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend your organization to anyone in need of this type of transportation.

I was not in the transport but watched the pickup and delivery and everything looked clean and professional.

Overall I was pleased with the service. However, it seems like there was somewhat of a communication breakdown as it relates to the moving timeline. I was initially told an 8PM pickup would result in my mother arriving at 1PM the next day. Then I was provided multiple arrival times of 2PM, 4:30PM, 5:30 and lastly 6:30PM. That is a significant miss from what was initially promised and extremely disappointing.
