Did not meet crew members or see van

My sister Susan loved Erik. He made her feel safe and secure. I, too, was very impressed with Erik and enjoyed our conversations along the 21 hour drive. The drivers were very respectful too, and I always felt like we were in good hands.

We used ACC Medlink to transport my terminal mother from Florida back to Ohio. Because of her condition we felt this was the safest and most comfortable way to get her back home. It may seem expensive at first but the quality and care you receive is priceless. My mother deserved the best care available and Medlink was the answer. My overall experience with everyone at ACC was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at every interaction. The transport team we had (Debbie and Jan) were phenomenal with my grandmother and our whole family. This was an emotional experience for our whole family and the crew was with us every step of the way! We would use this service again in a heart beat
