This was an overall good experience for my grandfather (age 94) who needed to travel out of state - approximately 8 hrs of drive time. The trip was fast and my grandfather arrived in good condition. They coordinated with both facilities to ensure that he had the appropriate level of care during transport. I'm grateful for this service and the peace of mind it provided.

All staff was courteous and attentive to my mother's needs the entire trip. She couldn't have been more pleased with the trip and the way she was cared for. Great job!

Having to setup a medical transport for my senior father with memory issues was such a concerning experience for my family. We had to move him from FL to PA. But the minute we started the process with ACC Medlink my fears were quickly set aside. Everyone (I mean everyone) involved has been a true pleasure to work with. From the office coordination to the drivers and med tech on board. I was so pleased. Communication was next level. I hope I never need to use this type of service again, BUT if I do I will only use this company. Thank you to all!
