Thank you so much for helping to transport my husband home! The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes. Also, the customer service was excellent, so we felt comfortable choosing ACC Medlink knowing that John would be in good hands. Lastly, reading so many good reviews and knowing that you have been in business for so long was reassuring.

We were absolutely hysterically crying, exhausted and confused when we got a hold of CarolAnne. She made this whole transition so painless, we just can't thank her enough. My mom absolutely loved everything about her transport and her team!! They had a 12 hour drive and she was so comfortable!! Had a TV, took naps, ate!! Anything her heart desired!! My mom adored her team. She had Jan as her personal nurse and Keith as her driver. Jan kept me up to date via text how mom was doing while we sat in traffic. I absolutely cannot thank them enough. From the beginning to the end this company has been top notch! Outstanding customer service right down the line!!

It was a very pleasant experience.

My 91 year old mother was put in the hands of three outstanding professionals. She would normally complain about the shortest car ride, but this time she bragged about the 20 hour ride for days. The drivers, the nurse and the equipment were outstanding and made a difficult move very pleasant. Thank you to the whole team, including the coordinators.

My sister had a 9 hr trip to come home after having a accident out of state leaving her with a serious head injury. Your medical transport service care was excellent. The cost was in line with other companies. I would most certainly recommend.

Medical transport van was superior, all of staff were very and accommodating. It was a 9 hour transport from Springfield, IL to Metro Detroit area. The ride was smooth. When lunch came the crew went to Olive Garden and purchased my dinner. I would highly recommend!

The crew was very good and treated my brother who is schizophrenic with dignity and respect.

Eric Robert and Desmond were professional, caring and very compassionate on bringing my daughter home from Chicago to Florida. The drivers, Robert and Desmond were second to none in safety and proffesionalism. And Eric catered to our every need. They made us feel like Family the whole trip. God Bless those three.
