The crew was amazing! Thank you so much for all you did to help make my Dad's trip as comfortable as possible and for your compassion. This was emotionally a very difficult trip for me, but all of you put me at ease and we had some great laughs with my Dad's crazy sense of humor. God bless you all!

My mother had a safe and pleasant transport. She was happy and that was the goal. Communications with everyone were great. I hope to never need to transport someone again but will certainly use ACC Medlink if I do and will gladly recommend them to others.
