The transport of my mother was so beautifully executed! She was allowed to rest and kept safe and comfortable for the transport. Jan our nurse was excellent! My mother is incontinent and she checked and changed her, assisted with feeding her. They were excellent with communication, letting us choose lunch stop, and giving us restroom time when we needed to stop. We couldn't ask for a better ride to get my mother moved 600 miles! Thank you to our driver who was so kind! Top notch!

Excellent service. It was well worth the money. My mother-in-law has several medical issues and they were very considerate and made her feel comfortable. I pray I never need these services again, but if I do I will definitely be using them.

These three young men were absolute angels. They took a bad situation we were experiencing and turned around. They were extremely professional, very polite and extremely accommodating. They made us all, especially my mother who was being transported, feel at ease. I cannot say enough about these three young men except that they were an absolute god send. Great work from start to finish.

The crew could not have been more outstanding in every way. We are forever grateful for the compassionate and confident care my mother received during her four hour trek from Marshfield WI to Evanston IL. This is an excellent crew and I would recommend this company to anyone.

We recently hired ACC Medlink to transport my ill elderly mother and father from New Jersey to Texas. From start to finish, everyone we spoke to and worked with were outstanding. They all communicated regularly so we always knew what expect. They were kind, understanding, professional and compassionate. They made a difficult decision, and a difficult journey more bearable. A special thanks to Kyle, David and Jerry, who treated my parents with dignity, respect and compassion during their trip. Everyone made a difficult time a little easier on our family. Great service. The nurse was professional and understood how delicate the situation was. My mom was coming by herself to my home in Florida. She has Alzheimer and just recently had surgery for her hip. They took great care of her and got her here safe and sound. I'm very grateful for the service provided and would recommend this company.
