From the moment they arrived, to pick up our Mom to the final destination 15 hours later... your entire 3-person team was amazing. Eric our Nurse came in first to assess her vitals. He wore a mask and listened to all our concerns. From that moment on, he said he was here to help us make the 15-hour transport as smooth as possible. He kept reinforcing that he was there for us and to let him know if there was ANYTHING at all that we needed or was concerned about. This was very comforting as we were extremely nervous. The 2 drivers [Steve & Bruce] were just as supportive asking how Mom was doing and were so careful in how they handled the vehicle. Our trip included a snowstorm, ice storm and finally rain. All the time I felt they managed the road conditions with care and safety first. Thank you to all 3 for making a stressful situation so comfortable.

When my mother in law needed a cross-country medical transport from her skilled nursing facility in Florida to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for a major surgery, ACC MedLink came to the rescue! The transport coordinators were efficient, professional and courteous and set up all of the logistics for the trip with less than 1 week's notice. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received. The transport coordinators were very friendly, efficient and courteous. We were kept informed and provided with updates. All of our instructions were followed to the letter. The nurse, Jan, who accompanied my Aunt called the day before to introduce herself. She also called when they were an hour away as we requested. The care she provided was excellent!

Well done. The van was clean, the staff was prompt and they were very attentive to my father, the patient, to ensure that he was comfortable and cared for.
