We were hesitant to use a company that we didn't really know much about except for the fact that they were prompt with their response and followed up on every question we had. It is a great service, especially now with those of us wanting to have our loved ones closer to us and being unsure of how to transport them in their fragile state.

Debbie and Owen were very professional, courteous and very helpful. They made the trip completely successful and quick from CT to VA on Monday night /Tuesday morning (11/9-10). I had experienced no anxiety, which is big for me. Thank you very much!

Your Med Van crew # 4 (Almeta Bradley, SteveFelty, Joel Nelson) this week brought our 100 year old father, Fred Pinciaro, from hospice in FL to NC. We cannot say enough about the first rate caring he (and we) received. The communication on both ends was flawless and the extraordinary Almeta texted my husband through the night, providing him so much reassurance.The end result is that we and his 97 year old wife (who we drove up) are able to be with him at the end.Your service is about so much more than transportation. Our experience with ACC Medlink was excellent. I apologize that I may not have remembered names accurately of each person I spoke with but from start to finish everyone we spoke with was courteous and professional. There was great communication about what to expect and it all came together as promised. We even had to make a slight destination address change at the last minute and I believe it was Evelyn(?) gladly made the adjustment. Most importantly we were put at ease after meeting the crew who were so kind and empathetic as they prepared my aunt for her drive to North Carolina. After a 10+ hour trip my family sent us a video of my aunt smiling and happy having arrived safe and sound!! We would recommend without reservation ACC Medlink!!
