Very professional crew, timely, kept me updated on arrival time. Took good care of my mom.

Nurse Keene was kind, caring and professional. They took great care of my dad and called me several times throughout the trip to keep me updated. When they arrived they safely transferred him to his waiting rented hospital bed! I am very grateful for nurse cane and the driver who is super friendly as well Manuel DeJesus! Thanks again for having such a wonderful service and such great and dedicated staff!!

Tom and Jonathan were outstanding. They took excellent care of my dad. Even got him the turkey dinner he wanted. How they found it I don't know since we're on Covid lockdown with the restaurants.

From the moment they answered the phone the experience was great! I was so worried about my family member that needed to get from Florida to Michigan. Due to covid no family member could ride with them, but they kept in contact and gave a sense of security during transport. I cannot recommend this company enough, or thank them enough for how well they took care of my family member. Thanks to ACC MEDLINK this stressful situation became much easier on every one involved.

Everyone was great and professional to work with

Thank you all for taking care of my husband on his last journey. I know an extra amount of care had to be given to him under the circumstances and I am very grateful. We did not expect this to happen when it did but all the right decisions were made. I know my son Brian probably grew impatient but these circumstances were not usual as you know. I probably should have been the one to accompany my beloved husband but my children thought it would be too much for me to handle.
