I was very nervous about the 25 hour trip from Maryland to Texas. The crew members placed me at ease as soon as they greeted me and my mother in Maryland. During the entire trip, the crew was professional and attended to my needs and my mother's health care needs. I would recommend this company for anyone needing long distance medical transport. A company that is prides itself on helping customers.

Service was impeccable. Pick up on time and notifications along the route between states went smoothly and according to plan. I felt very reassured for the transport of my elderly parent with dementia. Coordination between hospital, senior living facility and transport was excellent! I was told to relax and ACCMedlink would take care if everything and they did! I cannot say enough good things about your service and staff!

The ride was on time and they stopped for us to break and eat, very courteous. The nurse Sandra took really good care of my mom on the road and once they got her into the house.

I highly recommend ACC Medlink. Excellent company to use for long distance medical transportation. From the quote process to the booking process was an ease. They coordinated everything between the two facilities so we did not have to worry about it. Made my father and sister comfortable on the 12+ hour ride from CT to SC. Even put the hockey game on the tv for them to watch. Were prompt, actually earlier than scheduled, for the pick up. Made sure my father had all his belongings from the room. Upon arrival the next morning in Hilton Head they promptly wheeled my father directly to his room and made sure he was all settled in. Such professionalism on all parts. Again, highly recommend!!

We needed to move my mom from Minnesota to Colorado to be closer to family. ACC was wonderful! My mom's trip went very well. She was well cared for and happy. The company made communication seamless and spoke with both care facilities as well as the family. I highly recommend ACC.
