From my first phone call, answered by Lindsey, I was treated courteously & professionally. Their two drivers plus nurse set up seemed very good to me. I have driven the routes myself & am aware of the distance & time involved. Lindsey was able to provide me with the several transport quotes & checked in with me, without fail, for several weeks while decisions were pending on the ultimate destination. No pressure, just patient professionalism. The bank wires went thru without a hitch & two days prior to the pick-up, nurse Julie called & we had a great conversation. She and driver Alexis continued to text me through-out the 17-hour drive. I met the crew at the destination, exchanging info on their drive, how my brother had done, handshakes & a hug from Julie. She & my brother had watched 6 movies coming across half the country & she called her movie buddy. I have already begun mentioning ACC Medlink to family & friends. While I hope I don't need their services again, if the need arose, I would call them in a quick minute. Thankyou, all of you, for your help. I am most grateful!!!

Awesome transport. Easy and smooth. We had to travel 10 hours. The nurse was very attentive and drivers were cautious. Highly recommended.

The entire process was awesome with ACC. From the scheduling and coordination of pickup / drop-off facility was handled by ACC. This was a long trip from Rochester, NY to Phoenix, AZ. The crew was very caring and treated us like family. The drivers (Jared & Zachariah) were safe and stopped when needed. The medical professional (Regina) cared for my mother in all her needs. She rotated her to make sure she was comfortable the entire trip. I would highly recommend ACC for your transportation needs.

ACC Medlink transport was perfection - bedside to bedside care and compassion. The nurse Regina was comforting and sensitive to my sister's needs. The driver was a great courteous and efficient driver especially since our transport required driving on country roads, a ferry and unpaved roads. The nurse Regina checked in on us the night before to make sure we knew what to expect on the trip. It is so comforting to have my sister home in our care. Grateful. Gratitude.
