This allowed me to move my mother whose wheelchair bound and has dementia over 1000 miles to a new facility. The cleanliness and courteousness of your staff was much appreciated. It was very easy to arrange. I did find the come out in the vehicle very difficult to use. This would be difficult for any able body person used due to lack of foot space and inability to pivot. It would also be beneficial if there were drink holders available with the patient, guest and staff. Otherwise, this was very convenient and comfortable.

Our entire experience with the ACC staff was amazing! Coordination between Facilities was seamless; as was pick up and drop off of my parents. My folks were impressed with the care they received during their 10 hour journey and the attentiveness of crew to their needs. The crew was very professional. They communicated very well. They were quick to react when my cousin (patient being transported) began to become frustrated and agitated and treated her well. 10/10 would recommend this crew for everyone out there that needs medical transport. I believe erik's prior service also played a major role in the success of this transport. The manner he addressed my cousin's agitation shows that his military played a part in how to calm her down.

I am the patient's sister who arranged the transport, and both the drivers and the med tech Mike were great at making us feel secure that they were providing my brother the best of service.
