All was great. Called Michael about 3 1/2 hours after they left for the destination and my mom was doing good and had just fallen asleep. Again, I spoke with him after they took her into the new facility, and she was doing fine. Thank you!

The crew was excellent and caring. Responded on time and professionally. Made an extra effort on pickup to accommodate a slow facility preparation. Treated my brother with respect and kindness. Best part of the process. I was a little frustrated with the lack of contact from the pre trip information. I had no idea of how the process worked and had to reach out many times to check on the schedule and timing of the trip. Overall I am satisfied with the service.

According to the passengers, my Dad and his wife, the transport was awesome. Chris and the drivers did an excellent job and took good care of them on the overnight transport. Would definitely recommend ACC Medlink.

What an amazing team!!! RN Hilda was so sweet and very responsive to all my texts every step of the way. Starting from the day before the pick-up she reached out to get any information like food preferences, preferred name prior to the transportation date. During the trip she would send me pictures and status updates I.e trip arrival, traffic, how he slept etc. Absolutely love that they had a 2 person driving crew.
