I was extremely impressed with the care my brother received during his 15 hour transport from California to Idaho. Nurse Julie called me the day before transport to address any questions I had. My brother was traveling alone and I was apprehensive. She was very comforting. She kept me informed during the entire trip with texts and photos of my brother. They scheduled their trip to arrive at their destination at 10AM to accommodate the receiving facility. I couldnt be happier with the service we received.

Sandra, kept in close contact with me the entire trip while transporting my dad. My mother was a passenger and not only caring for my father the entire trip, Sandra and the two drivers made sure that my mom was comfortable and remained in the loop with what was going on with my father. Arrived right on time, easy to coordinate, very professional crew. I felt like my Dad was in good, competent hands the whole time. The crew stayed in touch throughout the trip and arrived a bit earlier than expected. They took good care of my father.

I had to move my mother from Florida to New York. She was extremely ill and in a lot of pain. The thought of being in a medical transport for 18 hours under these circumstances filled me with dread. But, the nurse and drivers of this excellent crew alleviated my fears almost immediately. Jan was our nurse and it is impossible to imagine any person who could've cared for my mother and a more compassionate, dignified, loving and beautiful way. She cared for my mother as if it were her own daughter. The drivers were also kind, calm and did an excellent job. At one point part of I-95 was shut down so we had to take back roads and it added a significant amount of time to our trip. They did not complain at all and they drove perfectly. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company 100%. They took a scary and stressful situation and made it a true blessing.

The entire experience with this company was AMAZING! The coordinators were very friendly, clear and easy to work with. The crew that worked the transport were incredible and my son enjoyed the experience very much. This is THE BEST company to work with and the price was very fair!
