Cat the traveling nurse was fantastic! From her phone call check in a night before transport - checking on logistics but also ensuring a customized experience complete with providing movies that my mom would enjoy watching en route thru to the transport itself. ACC MedLink provided non-emergent medical transportation from Pennsylvania to North Carolina for our family member. They picked up our dad from the facility on time and sent us a picture.
