The crew was great, friendly and very professional. Keith and Mike made a difficult situation (transporting an elderly loved one to memory care) as easy as humanly possible.

I had to move my mother from Florida to New York. She was extremely ill and in a lot of pain. The thought of being in a medical transport for 18 hours under these circumstances filled me with dread. But, the nurse and drivers of this excellent crew alleviated my fears almost immediately. Jan was our nurse and it is impossible to imagine any person who could've cared for my mother and a more compassionate, dignified, loving and beautiful way. She cared for my mother as if it were her own daughter. The drivers were also kind, calm and did an excellent job. At one point part of I-95 was shut down so we had to take back roads and it added a significant amount of time to our trip. They did not complain at all and they drove perfectly. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company 100%. They took a scary and stressful situation and made it a true blessing.

The entire experience with this company was AMAZING! The coordinators were very friendly, clear and easy to work with. The crew that worked the transport were incredible and my son enjoyed the experience very much. This is THE BEST company to work with and the price was very fair! I will recommend anyone to use your services.

First of all, great service and communication from all staff. ACC Medlink was easy to call initially, and they followed through the entire process from understanding our needs, getting us approved, arranging the flight, getting us from the pickup location to the plane, and flying us to our home city. They were able to accommodate our needs despite the very short notice, and we're very grateful for their services and being with us the whole way. I would recommend this service to anyone in dire need of immediate medical transport.

Excellent service for my mother 440 miles between rehab and nursing facility. Staff/Crew was on point and communicated above expectation throughout entire process. Would hire this team to transport my mother again without hesitation. From scheduling with friendly attentive rep, coordination between facilities to drop off at new home everything was great!
