Medlink did an outstanding job transporting 2 seniors from Maryland to Florida. The drivers were courteous and took safety seriously. The Medic on board had to deal with a couple of unexpected issues with the seniors and handled them professionally and safely. I cannot thank the team enough. Highly recommend Medlink.

The support I received from the office staff was amazing. This was a long stressful situation for my husband and for me. He was hospitalized for 4 months in another state. and ACC brought him back home where he can get much better care. Thanks to the whole staff and the transport team - especially to the nurse on board who took care of my husband and kept me updated on the 18 hour trip progress .

This was my only experience with this type of service and I will say that I was thoroughly impressed with how this works. The medical nurse on board was very experienced, a true "seasoned professional". She kept in contact with me during departure and arrival. All went very well. Nicely organized. The vehicle was rather bounce. Did not seem like there was air shocks in the rear where we were. Not enough blankets going from Phoenix Az to Wisconsin in the winter. No reflection on crew. They all were wonderful. Very polite and respectful. Thank you to the company for providing such a necessary service.

The transport coordinator Tyler was extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. He understood our problem and reassured me everything would work out and be on time. The transport crew were also very friendly, courteous and professional. DeAngelo was so thoughtful and amazing how he comforted our uncle and took care of him during the whole 8 hour trip. The only complaint from the nieces who rode with our Uncle Duane on the trip was how rough the ride in the transport was. But it was an 8 hour trip after all. Well done ACC MedLink! /
