My husband was treated incredibly well as ACC Medlink took care to move him to our new hometown. Rather than worrying about all his health issues when getting him up to our new home, I was able to fuss over all the rest of issues surrounding moving to a new home, downsized.

Right off the bat, the nurse, Ms Sandra already put me at ease by texting myself and my sister ahead of time to introduce herself. The minute the crew, to include Mark and Alana, walked through the door, I knew my mom was in good hands with their timeliness, professionalism, and kindness. I have been so worried prior to the transport, but my sister had been on the ride with my Mom and had nothing but great things to say about the Team. The ride was comfortable with sleep arrangements provided, the team was friendly and considerate, they kept my Mom and Sister well informed of ride statuses and changes. My Mom arrived save, in good spirits and health, and my sister actually enjoyed the long ride she was dreading from Maryland to California. Mr. Tyler on the phone was super helpful too. Kept me on schedule with information, forms, etc. I cannot thank your whole team enough for such great and awesome service! I ? recommend!

I needed ACC MEDLINK to transport my husband who had had a stroke while we were at our home in Punta Gorda, FL to our Ashland, KY home'. With the help of the Palliative Care case manager at Sarasota Memorial in Sarasota, finding and coordinating the travel plans was an extremely smooth and easy experience. I went to ACC MEDLINK office in Punta Gorda to pay them and was met with the kindest, sympathetic people. They showed me the transport van and explained how the entire process would work. The pick up time and date were set and communication during the trip was great. What had the potential to be an extremely challenging experience was made so easy.

This was a last minute ground to air transport. All staff we kind and helpful. Very understanding. So appreciated all that I and my clients wife spoke to. Thank you 100 times over!
