Very happy overall with the entire experience. Communications with Truman at the beginning and communication with Catherine before and during the transportation was excellent.

The crew was excellent! They were polite & courteous. My sister-in-law enjoyed the trip and raved about the crew. They made a long day pleasant.

ACC Medlink exceeded our expectation from start to finish. The first contact representative, the drivers and on board nurse were very informative, curious and professional. The transport was seamless and timely. A very good experience!

Excellent service. Excellent care for my mom. Traffic on I-95 was unbelievably horrific, but the crew was exceptionally calm, patient, and caring for my mom and her needs (mine too). Our ride was from South FL (Boynton Beach Rehabilitation) to New Haven, CT.
