Your company allowed for our family to have peace of mind for the transporting of our family member safely from one state to another. The transport team was professional and kept us informed for any changes that occurred along the way. What a huge relief it was to know our mom was being cared for by professionals.

THE RIDE WAS BUMPY AND LONG (APPROX 18 HRS), BUT THE STAFF, JOEY, MO AND TABITHA MADE THE TRIP TOLERABLE. WE COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER TRANSPORT TEAM! AS NERVOUS AND APPREHENSIVE AS I WAS ABOUT MAKING THE TRIP WITH MY DAD, THEY IMMEDIATELY PUT OUR MINDS AT EASE FROM THE MOMENT WE FIRST MET THEM. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE, SENSITIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND PERSONABLE. IT WAS EVIDENT THAT THEY HAD A GREAT WORKING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE THREE OF THEM, WHICH CARRIED OVER INTO THE LEVEL OF CARE THEY PROVIDED FOR MY DAD AND MYSELF!

ACC Medlink is pricey, but so worth the money. Would you put your loved one in a mobile hospital sprinter van that was cheap? Heck no! Select ACC because they have the best equipment and highly trained personnel. My sister was in rough shape when they drove her from California to Arkansas. It took 26 hours with short stops along the way. Thank you for taking great care of my sister.

The crew was efficient, professional, respectful and courteous. The route from northern NY state to Pittsburgh, PA was carefully planned for the best, fastest trip. My parents were very comfortable and was well looked after by Eric. I was the third person in our travels and I had a comfortable seat as well. During rest stops, my mom, due to mobility issues, had the use of an onboard bedside commode that was accessible after my dad vacated his seat to use the public restroom. She had privacy and assistance from Eric. I was extremely comforted knowing that she was taken care of with the utmost respect. Considering is was a 9-10 hour trip, they did very well due to the comfort and service of the crew. Lastly, Eric went above and beyond when I contacted him after the trip was completed and they left us at our final destination. I had left a bag under my seat on the van and he did not hesitate to drive back and drop it off. A huge thank you to ACC Medlink and our crew!!

In short, The best possible decision. I couldn't be happier with the service provided! For those looking for deeper research. I started my process comparing multiple companies websites, and I decided to go with them as my top choice. I called and Tyler was excellent on the phone and getting me a quote promptly. The price was even a little bit less than I expected. Then came the tough part. Before booking I started to read the Yelp and Google reviews and I started to stress and get cold feet on my top choice. For the first time in my life I checked the Better Business Burroughs and found a F rating. If you are reading this please be aware, these are incorrect ratings. They are absolutely EVERYTHING and more that their website advertises. I made the tough choice of going with my gut. I wanted the very best for my mother and they absolutely delivered. Our Nurse on board Julie was like a angel sent not only to take loving and sincere care of my mother from New York to Virginia but also instantly put my stressed concerned mind at ease. I knew she was in great hands. Her driver team of Tammy and Russell only added to how pleased I was with my choice. A 8:00am discharge from a rehab center to a 5:00pm meeting with Hospice on the receiving end left us very little room for error and they delivered with outstanding punctuality. With discharge bed swap and loading luggage they were on the road by 8:15 am and with 3 updates throughout the trip reached our destination at 4:45pm. This went absolutely perfectly and everyone involved deserves to be commended to the fullest. My brother was along for the ride and he text me twice how great the crew was on this long trip and my mother even in her weak state traveled in comfort thank to the 8" memory foam mattress (one the reasons they were my top choice) please do not stress the bad reviews. This company came through in honesty my family's toughest time. I am forever grateful for what they have done for my mom during this difficult time. Thank you all with all my heart for not just the excellent service but for providing it with caring compassionate hearts.

My husband and I adored our crew members. All three were friendly, courteous, and generous. The only part that could use improvement was the bathroom situation on board the vehicle. It was difficult to use especially with a pet present. Otherwise, wonderful experience!

My mom is almost 90 years and suffers from Cerebral Vascular Demetia. Her symptoms include loss of hearing, vision and balance. Your RN Lynn, the drivers Kris and Kacey did an amazing job of navigating the entire Eastern Seaboard. They treated my mother with courtesy, care and safety as if it was their own mother. Congrats on a major transportation done with excellence!!!
