My family and I have been thrown into unfamiliar waters and for the first time since my brother's injury, we received clear, honest and compassionate care from start to finish with MedLink. I was extremely apprehensive to choose a medical transport team, having preferred airlift transport from New Jersey to Alabama, but my brother's insurance wouldn't cover the trip. For reference, in November 2023 my brother suffered cardiac arrest during an outpatient surgery and now has an anoxic brain injury. The family brought him from AL to New Jersey in January 2024 to undergo extensive rehab for 5 months and in May 2024 we needed to transport him back to AL for continued care. I chose Medlink for my brother's transport because of their professionalism, courtesy, sympathy and their overall human decency. The trip was approximately 20 hours, but only because my brother required emergency attention to his feeding tube. Jan, the nurse, called me right away and advised they would wait with him at the closest ER, then continue the trip. My brother is nonverbal, but I truly believe that Jan and the crew treated him with compassion and peaceful nurture throughout the trip. I'm probably writing too much, but I'm so happy I choose Medlink! Other providers would not have offered this white glove treatment. My only wish is that the medical industry as a whole would operate like MedLink. I 100% endorse!

The company has been excellent in communicating along the process from the first phone call to the final destination and after. Prompt, courteous service that made us feel very confident with the company, the drivers and my Brothers comfort for this long day trip. I highly recommend ACC Transport.

I would have written a review for the crew members by name if I had had all of their names! The crew was fantastic! The whole process was so much easier than I had anticipated. The whole situation we were in made me very nervous and apprehensive about what we had to do to get my uncle to St. Louis, and this company worked so well with the parties involved that really, I didn't have to do anything other than contact them and give the contact information of where he was going and from where he was leaving. The crew was so polite and very informative given our particular situation. I was just amazed.

We were in an unknown situation, trying to get our very ill family member from Memphis, Tennessee to Victoria, Texas. We did not know who to turn to, so we started researching on the internet. ACC Medlink was our second call, and you answered the phone! Sigh of relief! The start of this journey to the coordinating of all parties involved. Tyler, Melissa, and Helen were amazing courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Drivers were there on time at the hospital ready to transport our loved one. The staff names if my memory serves me correctly, Fern, Vincent, and K, but anyhow they were wonderful also. It was a 10 plus hour drive. Thank you so much we will never forget this experience. Scary unknown to manageable and putting our hearts and our minds at ease.
