My mother's 8-hour transport went well. The van was spacious and stocked with medical equipment and snacks. The transport team arrived early and was courteous and professional. I appreciated the communication from nurse Jan before, during and after the trip. I also appreciated the communication and understanding from the scheduling and accounting teams as I worked through a hiccup with payment from my mother's trust account. I would definitely recommend ACC Medlink's service.
