This service was a God send. Availability, price and great drivers over rough roads for over a 13 hour trip. I am a spouse that was allowed to travel with them. Safe trip and comfortable.

These guys came in talked to her calmed her down then brought her out to the vehicle showed her the equipment and walked her through everything. I did the set up and my brother was at the start of the transport with our mom. He had good things to say about the crew. The one person I met at the end was was professional. I was pleased with the set up and follow through pre transport. The company contacted the leaving and receiving facilities to ensure coordination. That was helpful for my coordination.

I follow this transport vehicle, the entire nine hour trip. I saw not one reason for concerned about their driving. Each stop, they gave me an update on help. My mother, who has dementia, was doing. Banks made sure to lift the blinds in the back of the van so that my mother could see that I was still following. I can't say enough about how fun they made this trip for both of us. Highly recommend them, and your company. Thank you for making what was a scary and intimidating thing a fun memory instead.
