October 3, 2022I was impressed by the professionalism by the office staff when I reserved the move from Tennessee to Florida for my father in law from one assisted living location to another. They were very personable toward our needs. We were waiting at the assisted living facility in Florida when the transport arrived. I was surprised and amazed by the size and quality of the transport vehicle, inside and outside. Then I met the crew and I was even more impressed. All three of them showed a great deal of compassion for my father in law and his well being. Over all, 1-10, I would give and the company a 10+ on the move. I would completely recommend ACC/MEDLINK to anyone.

The crew that accompanied my dad were very accommodating and very nice. I would definitely recommend! For folks who need power chairs to go with the transport they will provide that service as well
