Julie was outstanding taking care of my sister. She was so kind and patient with her. She kept me informed during the trip. When my sister became confused and upset she called me so I could talk with my sister and help calm her. I was very impressed were her professional attitude. From the first moment I spoke with her when she called to introduce herself I knew my sister would be well cared for. I was worried because it was such a long trip and my sister has not only medical concerns but suffers from anxiety. I knew Julie would help keep her calm. And she did! Thank you to all the crew for delivering my sister safely to Tallahassee! You all are the best!

After the initial shock of finding the cost of such transport, I understand the reason. The total package is as professional as I could imagine. It was carefree on my part. Not a moment of worry about the patient being transported nearly 900 miles. Top notch!

wonderful crew. My senile and paranoid father was terrified of leaving home and traveling across country to nursing facility. He was sure he would be dumped on side of road by his loving family. The crew assured him that he would be safe and comforted him the entire 17 hour trip. He arrived content and keeps commenting about his fabulous trip. His family is very pleased.

It was a long trip,16 hours; and my mother was treated with the utmost respect and care by all three crew members. Thank you and your company for making the best of a difficult situation.

My mother in law recieved excellent care

My wife suffered a brain bleed and after partial rehabilitation required ground transport from Fort Myers,Fl to Muncie, Indiana, a 19 hour journey. We selected ACC Medlink based upon reviews, equipment, and their location. Their crew was highly professional and made us feel comfortable and secure every step of the way. We left at 3 PM and in spite of raining all nite arrived on time. The drivers changed shifts with each fuel stop every 4 to 5 hours, so they remained rested and alert. They also made additional stops for food and restroom needs. With the use of curtains my wife had complete privacy when needed. Ground transport for us was mandatory and much cheaper than air. This team was a Godsend.
