Everyone we talked to via telephone (the Office staff, Scheduling, Billing, Etc.) was very Professional yet on a Cordial Level. They took Very Good Care of my Brother, who has Serious Medical Issues. They made the 6+ Hour trip as Pleasant as Possible for my Brother. Rating ACC MedLink on a Scale of 1-5, I would give them a 10!
