We had to medically transport my Mom from NY to PA. It was expensive, but it was such a relief to know that she would be transported safely and comfortably

Julie took good care of my mother and I appreciated her compassion. Edwin helped with mom at the start too, but later was rigidly attached to the GPS. Maybe the drivers were just following company policy. If so, please change your policy and teach your drivers how to read a map.

Anyone needing ground medical transport service for a loved one should definitely consider using your services. The staffers assigned to my mom were professional, patient and kind. I felt sincere appreciation for their work. Mom had a stroke and needed to come to my home state almost nine hundred miles, something I didn't think I could do solo. But ACC Medlink turned out to be the right partner to work with and I am grateful for their awesome customer service via phone and during transport thank again Chris, Mike and Linda. The crew was very caring and nice to my mom. She called and said they took care of her for her 6 hour drive from SC to VA. They kept me informed of there of there schedule. I met them at the hospital and my mom gave the thumbs ups that she was ok. Excellent service.

The crew was great - they kept me informed of their progress every step of the way. They picked up my mom in Tennessee and moved her all the way to Virginia. Your company allowed for our family to have peace of mind for the transporting of our family member safely from one state to another. The transport team was professional and kept us informed for any changes that occurred along the way. What a huge relief it was to know our mom was being cared for by professionals.

THE RIDE WAS BUMPY AND LONG (APPROX 18 HRS), BUT THE STAFF, JOEY, MO AND TABITHA MADE THE TRIP TOLERABLE. WE COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER TRANSPORT TEAM! AS NERVOUS AND APPREHENSIVE AS I WAS ABOUT MAKING THE TRIP WITH MY DAD, THEY IMMEDIATELY PUT OUR MINDS AT EASE FROM THE MOMENT WE FIRST MET THEM. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE, SENSITIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND PERSONABLE. IT WAS EVIDENT THAT THEY HAD A GREAT WORKING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE THREE OF THEM, WHICH CARRIED OVER INTO THE LEVEL OF CARE THEY PROVIDED FOR MY DAD AND MYSELF!

ACC Medlink is pricey, but so worth the money. Would you put your loved one in a mobile hospital sprinter van that was cheap? Heck no! Select ACC because they have the best equipment and highly trained personnel. My sister was in rough shape when they drove her from California to Arkansas. It took 26 hours with short stops along the way. Thank you for taking great care of my sister.
