Your guys were GREAT I love them!!!

Don't remember the contact lady I first spoke to, but she was amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful. They were all very professional. I met the crew when they arrived at Glasgow WV, and was very impressed. Also, the cost was very good for a trip from Florida to West Virginia. When the nursing home my brother was being transferred from become uncooperative, Medlink stepped in and took control. I would highly recommend them.

We used ACC Medlink recently to transport a family member about 700 miles from one nursing home to another (a very scary process when one has no knowledge of medical transports). The process went perfectly smooth. From my first inquiry call, the staff was very helpful and informative. I called back a few times with questions and received clear information in a helpful manner. Once we made the decision to use ACC Medlink, they took care of all the scheduling and logistics directly with each nursing home. Pick- up and arrival were timely and they text me during the trip with updates. Our family member had a good transit experience. We feel blessed to have found ACc Medlink; they took all the stress out of the transfer process and provided safe, comfortable transportation.

Very professional and complete! Aside from the typical traffic issues in Chicago, my brother said it was a nice ride- especially given that it took over EIGHT hours! The crew was "spot-on" and we felt that they were caring and competent. Thanks for making this difficult transition an easy one!

My Mom is Diane Green and she was transported from Winterhaven, Florida to Oxford Michigan. Both drivers and the medical staff were professional and courteous. My Mom enjoyed her trip up and we would highly recommend your company based on her experience.

Unfortunately had to leave my husband in Hilton Head Island with no thanks to Hilton Head Hospital. ACC Crew very kind and kept me in the loop through my husbands journey back to Ohio. Made sure he was very comfortable throughout the 12 hour journey.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the arrival of our Dad. The Nurse updated us during the transport and made sure he was comfortable for the long 19 hour ride. His wife commented how they treated her and my dad like family during the transport . Talking with the crew I could tell they were well trained and very competent. I would not hesitate to use ACC Medlink again if needed.
