August 12, 2022Me and my family felt like we they took care of us very well and was very polite very caring and if we if we ran into anybody there needed some services we were Halle Halle recommend your company Marie the nurse that was on the van with us was very professional very caring and the drivers was awesome very very courteous and very respectful to me and my family and we travelled with about 10 of us and they was very respectful to every last one of us and I just wanna say were blessed and were thankful that they was there to help us to get my mother home to be able to be with the rest of the family and I just wanna say thank you thank you thank you

We honestly went with ACC Medlink because of this. The nurse and driver were excellent on the transport. My mom was very comfortable and well taken care of. It's worth it for your loved one's safety.

Overall a very good experience from coordinating with Rhonda to the 3 men that transported my father across the country! He has a major brain injury so I was extremely nervous and the process was great!!!! Thanks to all of them!!!!!!!

August 11, 2022When the crew arrived at the drop-off facility, there was a truck delivering a bed in the way. They had to move to a different entrance and then wait as it turned out to be the bed for the patient. Very much appreciate their patience and help! Also, my aunt requested "hunky" drivers and I hear that they did not disappoint. Ha!

She was very approachable, friendly and easy to talk to along with being a very professional nurse.
