Everything about and everyone involved in the transport - from start to finish was first rate! Beth, the trip coordinator, was wonderful. Very responsive, attentive to detail and reassuring. All important as I was transporting my 89 year old mother with many medical conditions from NY to Florida. My mother then raved about Tonya, her nurse on board, and Kaishon and Shawn, her two drivers, stating that they were all so caring, attentive, funny and kind. She didn't mind the long trip at all and slept soundly overnight knowing she was being so well taken care of. Finally, I called the office about final Zelle payment and I got a quick courteous confirmation. This is an excellent transport service. 5 star rating from me and my mother!!

Loved the fact that the system recognized my phone number and linked my request so that no matter who I spoke with, they had the details. Communication was very good with following up, rescheduling when a crew member was unable to make it in. Pricing was very fair.

My father 89 year old father needed to be moved from Virginia to Pennsylvania, a five hour drive. Your company was easy to book with very helpful people. He had many limitations and needed oxygen and it was no problem for the staff in the transport. He was extremely comfortable and well looked after. And phone calls about his status were freely available by the attending nurse. The expense was worth his security in getting where he needed to be.

Im so sorry I do not have the crew member names. But everyone was so wonderful. Moving my dad from Ohio to Arizona almost seemed impossible until we found AAC. Pricing is extremely comparative to other options, the crew was great with my dad and the drive wa super accommodating for his needs. We are super grateful and thankful!!

After being discharged from the hospital in Ohio, with a long recovery ahead of me I needed the help of my family to heal. My daughter, who lives in South Carolina set up the transport from the hospital to her home. Our "dream team" arrived and from the start, made this otherwise stressful trip, a breeze. I was happy with your company from the first phone call. I talking to several different people at your company. They were all aware of the case and very helpful. The trip was well coordinated with the hospital and I was kept informed by Tonia as to when they left NYC and again an hour before arrival at the facility. My son was reluctant when he first heard that was how he was being transferred. When I saw him Saturday he said the people could not have been nicer. Thank you so much.
