Thank you for the great service your company provided my mom and I, this week, moving mom from Citrus County Florida to Fredericksburg, Virginia. Moms about to turn 86 and not in good health with mobility issues following a stroke last December. Your crew (Dori, Shaun, and Leslie) were fantastic. Despite severe weather at the start of the trip, dodging jackknifing trucks in Jacksonville downpours, then calmer weather up I-95, they safely took great care of my mom and me. Theyre so professional, looking out for our needs, and friendly. Leslie may have averted a medical emergency with my mom. When she checked moms blood pressure, it was through the roof. Leslie was able to treat her, monitor her progress, and got her back to normal. They got us to moms new home and her situated so well. We cant thank you enough for all you do. I posted a notice on my college class Facebook site about the great job your crew did along with a link to your site. I think it was money well spent. Thank you!!! The only minor negative feedback is that I-95 is a bumpy ride from Florida to the North Carolina border. It was a hard ride in the back of the vehicle. I suspect it's not an air suspension vehicle, which may make it ride hard, since it's basically a truck. I also recommend some cup holders in the back as we picked up orange juice at one stop and the crew had to wait until my mom could finish it, so the drink didn't dump over and spill. Otherwise, the vehicle is great!

Overall was a great experience and I'm eternally grateful that this service exists. I had been trying for 4.5 years to get my parents down to GA from NJ. My mother cannot fly and I didn't feel comfortable driving her myself (as I'm not a medical professional). Thank you!

ACC made this whole process so easy and worry free. My dad arrived after a 30 hour journey in good spirits after having been well cared for. Thank you!!

Jan was an excellent nurse. She was attentive to my husband the entire trip and took outstanding care of him, as well as helping me with any needs I had. She was also very encouraging to both of us and pleasant to converse & travel with.

Russ and Nick were very good at their individual jobs during transport for my father. He reports that Russ and Nick both spoke to Ray with the utmost respect and were kind and understanding during the transport and extra hygiene services when necessary. My dad was very impressed and thankful for the ride home more than 600 miles and a 12 hr drive. Thank you Acc Medlink!
