All crew members were very professional, courteous, and helpful.

My mother had a very safe and pleasant trip on the long journey from New Jersey to North Carolina. The van was very comfortable, the crew very friendly and accommodating to her needs.

I was in the middle of a move from Texas to Missouri. My dad had an extended hospital stay in Texas and was released to skilled nursing, so I was desperate to get him up with me in Missouri. I flew down to TX to ride up with him on the transport, prepared for A 14 Hour Dr. from hell, and was pleasantly surprised. The transport vehicle was extremely comfortable, the staff was absolutely stellar, competent, polite, and efficient. The coordinator handled all of the details between the hospital in Texas, transport, and the nursing home in Missouri. ACC was worth every penny, it was actually a stress free move, they took excellent care of my father in route, and professionally handled every detail. I would highly recommend them!

I needed to arrange medical transport for a parent across country ASAP. We couldn't use air transport, and limited mobility and health conditions ruled out my ability to do it on my own. ACC Medlink was extremely helpful in booking the trip, coordinating with me, and executing flawlessly. The trip even took ~3 hours less than estimated! I didn't have the pleasure to meet with the staff, but they had nice things to say about my parent, and my parent was satisfied with the trip (a high bar, actually). ACC was really a lifesaver, I can't express enough appreciation for their service.

Communication between company was clear and accurate. Several contacts were made to verify information, and to confirm pick up time from head office. Driver also contacted me to verify the pick up time for the following morning, as well as asking if i had any concerns. He also called when he was with an hour of arrival, to verify drop off time. My mom arrived comfortable, and safely transported. The cost was a consideration, but not having to deal with airline schedules, rental cars with appropriate seating, and many other variables, gave us such peace of mind. We knew we were transporting mom in the safest means possible. Thank you.

Emily, Wayman, and Ed were very concerned about my comfort the whole way. They did a great overall job. They did a lot of little things like providing an extended charging cord for my phone, keeping my ice cup filled up, and getting me meals.

I cannot thank you enough for your compassion, professionalism and getting my husband home safely. I was able to keep in touch with the staff during the transport, which eased my mind immensely. I would highly recommend this company completely. Again, thank you to those involved who got my husband home to our family.
