The nurse Sarah was great

The crew was very caring and attentive.

1. Crew were professional, courteous, and very helpful regarding specific needs in this transport. 2. Provided essential physical transport assistance for my brother who uses a wheelchair; and medical equipment was available, if needed, such as oxygen, and certified and experienced EMT/nurse personnel. 3. The scheduled pickup time and arrival time were on time. I was able to schedule this transport on or within just three days advance notice.

I appreciate the help Maxwell provided and the assistance given to coordination between the two facilities. The receiving facility and the discharging facility without my participation.

The company and crew frequently communicated so we were always aware of our schedule. They were very kind and courteous throughout our long ride from Florida to Massachusetts, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. They went out of their way to find food that mom would eat. We are so grateful for the excellent care.

The team that transported my mother, Lucy Knowles, were extremely professional, courteous, and caring from the time we met for pickup to the time she was delivered. They displayed a genuine concern for my Mom and treated her extremely well. They provided updates along the way so our family knew their travel progress and that my Mom was doing well. We are extremely happy with the service provided and couldn't ask for any better care.
