My crew was great. Good at their jobs and fun to be around

We appreciate you guys so much for getting our aunt to us. We know the trip was long and stressful but you guys made it through for us. We really are thankful for you.

I am absolutely overjoyed and humbled by the way the MedLink team of Quintavius, Terrell and Amalex took care of my mother and me. All three of them were extremely polite, professional and empathetic to my mother's required medical and emotional needs. They made us feel like family as they paid attention to our every need from the moment they arrived to pick us up, during the trip and to the drop off. They absolutely worked as a team with coordination and compassion. I sincerely hope that if all MedLink transport teams are as caring and efficient as ours was, they are recognized for their efforts. Please Do Accept my Sincere Appreciation for Quintavius, Terrell and Amalex. They are outstanding as a team and in my opinion the Best!!!

The patience, professionalism, and communication of this crew were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone needs transportation for a loved one.

I didn't think we would be able to get my father back to his home state. With ACC it was doable. I put all my trust into this crew and they took care of their precious cargo for almost 30 hours with such professionalism and tenderness they met his needs and we arrived safely! If it wasn't for them we wouldn't not have made it!! Thank you to the drivers, our lives were in their hands and Thank you to Susan our nurse, I was at ease knowing licensed medical nurse was on board.! Thank you Thank you .

The crew was awesome. They were flexible, communicated well, and genuinely did everything they could to assist as and make sure we reached our destination on schedule. They went above and beyond what we expected. We are very satisfied.

Everyone was just great. Suzan took great care of my dad. She exhibited love and care. I truly appreciate her efforts. The drivers Jose and Kelon were awesome as well. They were attentive to both of us. Gave breaks when necessary. We arrived at our destination in a timely manner and safe and that means the world to me.

My dad retired to South Texas 9 years ago and unfortunately suffered a serious heart attack followed by a stroke after his surgery in March 2026. He spent 32 days in ICU and was then transferred to a rehab hospital. I'm his daughter and live in Missouri along with all of his brothers and sisters. It was very important for myself and his siblings to have him back here for continued support and therapy. That's where ACC Medlink comes in . They were life savers in getting him back here to us. Jamaica was his care giver/ nurse on the road back and she gave me updates along the way. She was very pleasant and was good to my dad!! I wish I knew the names of the other crew members but I don't. But they got my dad back here safe and sound and in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend ACC Medlink!!
