ACC helped transport my mom after an unplanned hospitalization at the end of our vacation. Our entire family has been so impressed with ACC from start to finish. Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable and helped reassure every step of the way. I have been spreading the company name every chance I get. Thank you all so much for your care.

ACC Medlink assisted with the medical transport of my 84 year old mother from one state to another. The crew that we had (Terrell, Kameron, and Susanne) were outstanding. Each team member made our transport wonderful. I would recommend ACC Medlink and the team.

I am absolutely overjoyed by the way the MedLink team of Jackson, Saeed, and Bryan took care of my grandmother and uncle. All three of them were extremely polite, professional and empathetic to my grandmother's and uncle's required medical and emotional needs. They made us feel like family as they paid attention to our every need from the moment they arrived to pick us up, during the trip and to the drop off. They absolutely worked as a team with coordination and compassion. I sincerely hope that if all MedLink transport teams are as caring and efficient as ours was, they are recognized for their efforts. Please Do Accept my Sincere Appreciation for Jackson, Saeed, and Bryan. They are outstanding as a team and in my opinion the BEST!!!

The ride that Medlink provided was safe and comfortable. The patient was calmly and professionally picked up from one facility, carried safely across multiple states, and delivered to the destination carefully and within the time frame promised. If I ever require interstate medical transport again (and I hope I do not), I wouldn't hesitate to contact Medlink.

I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism and efficiency of my Dad's transport crew. Deangelo gave outstanding care and Anquonette and Shaya handled the driving duties with care and compassion. The booking process was super easy and they walked me through each step. I was so impressed with the help, care and professionalism that I received when I called! I needed help quickly to move my uncle across state lines, and this team was amazing from the first phone call to delivery!! I am so grateful to all of you!
