This is a very long transport from Michigan to California, The crew was on time, professional, understanding and very helpful in the whole transportation Highly recommend, the only method I use in the future.

Erik was courteous, professional, and prompt with responses and updates. All three crew members were so kind to my parents and treated them with respect and compassion. I appreciated their wonderful care and would highly recommend them and ACC to others in similar situations. It’s incredibly difficult to handle all the issues related to caring for aging parents, but this transport made this entire experience a little easier! Thank you to Erik, Bernard and Francis!

Accmedlink is the real deal. I admit I had reservations about the company and the transportation itself. Those reservations were quickly dispelled. The crew was on time to begin the journey , they were respectful, kind, courteous, patient and very professional. They worked together very well and made a 6 hour transport very easy for my wife who was very sick. I would recommend this company for any and all non emergency medical transportation. I give the crew a 10 out of 10 for their door to door transport.

The team from Houston was fantastic. Kind, compassionate and professional. They took excellent care of the patient and me as passenger. They helped make a 17 hour drive relatively easy. The van was fairly comfortable but it would be nice for the passenger to have a seat and not just the bed (even though adjustable) for such a long ride. Also the refrigerator was broken and the inverter beeped regularly. Annoying given the pricing.

Transporting my brother-in-law with severe dementia from San Francisco area to Western Colorado. From Skilled Nursing (with a sitter) to a Memory Care Unit. My first conversation with Ryan (dispatch, information gathering agent and the professional who gave me personal support and assurance that this complicated Medical Transfer would happen. I (family receiving BIL to my hometown in Colorado) personally talked to him several times. Ryan also talked to the nephew in California who is also the POA. Ryan worked with both us personally and professionally and made a complicated transfer become a smooth reality. Thank you so much!!! And, a shout-out to Josh medic/RN who was my BIL's healthcare provider during the 18-hour transfer. He cared for and gave meds to an 81-year old patient with dementia. Excellent job of communicating to me throughout the evening, night and morning up to 1 hour of arrival. Then, when they arrived to the Memory Care unit, Josh found a wheelchair and continued taking care of my BIL. Then, gave a thorough, professional report to the RN receiving my BIL to memory care.

I had the best ride from Illinois to Virginia with my client. Davonta, Keith & Tyron made sure we had a good trip. We ate good, it was a smooth ride & made sure we were good at all times. I can’t express enough how great the trip was. I would definitely recommend ACC Medlink to my clients , friends & family.

We were overall satisfied with the company, coordinators and two of the three crew members, and we were able to get my mother in law transferred as needed in the time frame required. Hasani and Jaime were very good, professional and met all expectations. Cheryl on the other hand caused tension amount the crew and us as she was not focused and at one point caused a 57 minute delay as she went into a Walmart and was on her phone dealing with personal issues and had no regard for her team members or the customer…

Great team, took very great care of our family member. Thanks Davonta Keith and Tyron safe travels guys!
