I was excited to get this link to provide feedback regarding my experience with ACC Medlink. I know that sounds crazy to want to give feedback, but the team at ACC Medlink took a very stressful family situation and certainly made the task of moving a family member from Arizona to Washington one of the easiest parts of the transition. It started with a guy named Maxwell in the office who helped with the planning and making sure we got all the details right and the funds handled up front. This guy was on it, and we had to make some special requests, and he handled them with ease. Next came the pickup time for our patient, and I immediately got contacted by Sandra, the nurse traveling in the van, who said she would update me the entire trip. She did not falter. She sent trip updates and photos and kept me informed along the way. When they arrived in Washington, we were there to greet them, and I finally got to meet Sandra, Terrel, and Hasani in person. They helped our patient get settled into their new surroundings and were so caring and genuine. The stress of dealing with an ailing family member is real. The responsibility of moving that family member from Arizona to Washington can be overwhelming. The entire team at ACC Medlink stepped up in a way I was not expecting. Thanks again for treating us like part of your family! I would recommend this team to anyone. Joe

Davonta Tawny and Tyron transported my friend and myself from Florida to New York, the whole crew was awesome. They were professionals. They were courteous and they were kind. I would recommend them highly to anyone that comes across their path thank you.

The crew was very understanding of my brother in law’s concerns condition. And was very professional.

I had a wonderful experience with all 3 of the crew. My mom was anxious but she was easily reassured because I was able to lie next to her. I couldn't have had a better group to work with. They made me feel like family.

Chloe was informative, listened well to my medical needs and accommodated them professionally. Her overall demeanor was pleasant, caring, and helpful. She was there to help with every need that I had. Gave me privacy when I needed privacy. Her medical background for me was excellent. She understood my conditions was sympathetic and suggested ways to make the trip easier for me. She was outstanding.

They did what I couldn’t do- transport of my dementia afflicted mother who can be very cantankerous and dramatic. Things got ugly because she was determined she wasn’t going but they handled with tremendous respect and patience (for both of us). Though she can’t remember much she spoke very highly of Brandt. She is convinced the trip was by train. the vehicle they used looked comfortable and well maintained. Thank you very much.

Joshua (my medic) did an excellent job of making sure that I was comfortable and had everything that I needed. The drivers were excellent as well, but I do not know their names.

Alex and Jamaica were excellent

They kind, courteous and efficient!!! They took wonderful care of my sister. The transport from vehicle to her bed was so smooth!!! Thank you SO much!

ACC was excellent to work with in setting up the flight and transport. The number one priority was for our employee to return home safe, and they achieved that beautifully! Thank you!
