We waited years to move our loved one from the East Coast to the Midwest because we were unsure of how to get him transported and the cost associated with such a long trip. On a whim, I called ACC Medlink and from the first phone call until they dropped him off at his new home, it was seamless. Everything was communicated so clearly between family and both facilities. And I was able to communicate with his nurse for the entirety of the trip. Upon arrival, they even assisted the new facility with his transfers and stayed to see everything through. We took a pic of our loved one with the crew members and cried as we said goodbye! Michael (his nurse) and Sonya and Asiah (drivers) have a special place in our hearts for their service! We are forever grateful! I'm happy to share the picture if needed :) Thanks again for everything!

The whole experience of moving my mother a thousand miles stressed me out, but the crew at ACC Medlink took the stress out of it. The trip went smoothly, the crew was extremely professional and respectful of my mother. I would recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs to move a loved one long distance.

I am so very grateful for the crew taking such good care of my Dad. He is 84, has dementia, and is in extremely poor physical condition after several days in hospital. It was a very long ride for him but I had to get him to his ALF for the care he needs. I was given regular updates and they were very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend !!!!!
