My Father in law, evidently became a bit more than rude, he thought he was being kidnapped. Anastasia handled him as well as anyone could have and I appreciate her very much. Sam was the first to answer the phone when I needed help, and the last to call when the transport was complete. Its not cheap, but if you need this done, I highly recommend ACC Medlink.

Drew, Ebony and Danny, can't remember all the names of people I talked to setting up but each was SO nice, patient and kind.

Anthony and Sandra were awsome! My mother said they were accommodating and very professional and the ride was smooth. Would recommend them to anyone in need of this service

I rode with my Mother from New Jersey to Michigan on an ACC Medlink medical transport. The van was spacious and comfortable. Jamaica the medical attendant and drivers Curtis and Heath were very professional. I highly recommend them!

I would like to praise the whole team including the customer service person that helped with organizing my sister's transportation from CT to FL so quickly and professionally. DeAngelo was the nurse attending to my sister and treater with such care and kindness. Both drivers, Tyron and Marquette did a fantastic job of getting us home safely and were also very kind and caring to both my sister and myself during the long drive. I am so grateful to everyone that helped transport my sister. Thank You!!!

We found Jamaica & Curtis to be very caring & extremely professional. My mom had the best time during her transportation from Beaver Fall PA to Fairview NC, & it is for the most part due to the kindness & caring Jamaica & Curtis showed my mom. Jamaica also went above & beyond to ensure my mom was properly settled in her hospital bed at our home in Fairview. I truly cannot say enough good things about your service, & would certainly recommend it to anyone seeking bedside to bedside medical transport!!
