Bryan and Saeed were great drivers and Brandt was a delight to work with, providing excellent care. The team was highly professional, confidence inspiring to my elderly parents who were being transported, and kept me fully up to speed on the drive. I'm very impressed with ACC Medlink.

They were all compassionate toward my elderly mother. They were outstanding in communication throughout the journey. I would recommend them as a great company to escort your family member home.

We are thankful that ACC Medlink was able to offer the service we needed which was to transport our family member from one state to another and not have a mileage limitation. This was so helpful. They worked with us, too to reschedule more than once and even though we had to pay extra for this rescheduling, it was helpful to have some flexibility. They also seemed to communicate well with the hospital and case manager.

Nurse Chloe was AMAZING! She contacted me before the trip to learn some details about my aunt, she and the drivers went out of their way to ensure that my aunt had all of her meds by stopping at the pharmacy, she communicated regularly during the trip and transported my aunt from Memphis, TN, to Carson, CA before the anticipated arrival time. The crew was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend ACC Medlink to this that need this type of service!

ACC Medlink made my mother's transition to a new facility in a new state much easier and more comfortable. The medic and two drivers were kind, skilled, and pleasant to be around. At first, I wasn't aware that they wait to set up everything with the facilities until 2-3 days before the move, so that scared me. However, everything went off without a hitch. If I use them again, I will not worry!

Fantastic! From Freehold, NJ to Stuart, Florida with a 94 year old dementia patient, Just fantastic, updates via phone and text keep us informed. They were amazing highly professional threw this whole experence. Outstanding from contract to transport to coordination threw out. We are so pleased with this company. Highly recommend.

Reason for Transport was a source of high stress for family members involved. Everyone associated with ACC Medlink was great to talk with and make our plans. They were patient with all of our questions and concerns. The family member and guest transported were treated with care and respect. Communication regarding patient well being and ETA during trip was greatly appreciated. Will not hesitate to schedule again if services are needed.

James and his team got my grandmother to Georgia safely and kept her very happy. They provided detailed updates along the way. I would definitely recommend this company.
