From initial contact through successful transport of my daughter, the team at Medlink was responsive with the sense of urgency the situation required. They demonstrated cohesive teamwork, comprehensive follow-up and clarity in communication. They understood the stress our family was experiencing and guided us through the entire decision process in a smooth compassionate manner. I hope to never need Medlink's services again but if I do or anyone else I know does, they will be my recommendation without hesitation. Impressive group indeed.

Thoughtful and thorough and interested

When speaking with me, they were so organized, patient, and helpful. They were the obvious choice.

I would like to say right from the start dealing with the transport coordinator Evelyn we knew we were in great hands. She answered all our questions and made this important transport as painless and easy as possible. The crew Steve - driver Joseph - 2nd driver Jayden - medic Were so professional and courteous which made my mother so comfortable and relaxed as could be in the fragile condition that she was in. I highly recommend this company and am amazed at how well all was treated.

The crew members were friendly, caring and responsive to our needs. Nurse Jan was an angel in caring for my wife. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

I am extremely satisfied with the service we received. The transport coordinators were very friendly, efficient and courteous. We were kept informed and provided with updates. All of our instructions were followed to the letter. The nurse, Jan, who accompanied my Aunt called the day before to introduce herself. She also called when they were an hour away as we requested. The care she provided was excellent!

Well done. The van was clean, the staff was prompt and they were very attentive to my father, the patient, to ensure that he was comfortable and cared for.

There aren't enough words to describe the compassion and care we received on our 18 hour trip from Eric, Steve & Owen they went above and beyond for us they treated us like family the whole way. They are the most caring, compassionate, helpful, friendly courteous & professional guys. They are best crew anyone can have. We are so glad we had them. The office staff went above and beyond for us also they are so helpful and friendly & caring they took care of everything for us. There is not enough stars to give to the staff & words cannot describe how wonderful they are. Thank you ACC for taking care us like we were your own family.

The driver and attendant were very professional and courteous. The whole office staff was awesome as well. We couldn't be more satisfied.
