January 16, 2023Kyle (medic) and the drivers were courteous and respectful. They arrived to the discharge hospital early and were patient when the staff at the hospital were not ready for my grandma's discharge. I rode with my grandma to Indiana. Shortly after the team left, I realized I had left my watch in the van. I contacted the company who contacted Kyle. He responded and took my address and mailed the watch back to me.

January 16, 2023My family and I are so very blessed to have selected a caring medical transportation to bring my niece from Florida to New Jersey. The staff kept me update and they were just so very courteous and nice. Special thanks to Julie, the nurse who texted me from time to time to let me know if my niece was tolerating the trip. They actual was singing with Kimberly to keep her occupied. We are so glad to have such caring people. Even the switchboard operators were very nice. ACC has restored my faith that good customer service is very much alive in the U.S.! You just have to connect with the right company/people. Again, thank you so very much!

These guys came in talked to her calmed her down then brought her out to the vehicle showed her the equipment and walked her through everything. Chris the medic stayed with us at all the stops to help assure all went well.
