Davonta and Bryan handled challenges with our family member with care and professionalism. They kept in constant contact with us so we always knew what was happening and how the trip was going. We appreciate their hard work and care!

Our interaction with the various people at ACC Medlink by telephone was outstanding. They know how to provide clear information, understandable terms for payment, and compassion for the situation. My cousin had initially made the contact and got an estimate. ACC Medlink readily transitioned the estimate information to me with no difficulty. I must have called ACC Medlink 3 to 4 times, wanting to ensure I was not messing up any plans to ensure my father was transported at the time and date we wanted - again the telephone coordinators did a great job ensuring I left the call knowing all would work and when it would happen. The crew sent to provide transportation for my 92 year old father was comprised of a very friendly, professional, and efficient team. Drivers Alex and Cynthia, along with the Medic Chris, arrived early for our overnight trip from Kenner/New Orleans, LA to San Antonio, TX. They introduced themselves to me and my father, helped load his baggage and gear (2 walkers), and explained their roles and prepared us for travel. Our trip was a simple one for the team, who had other transports scheduled before and after our journey - the people are tasked with long distance journeys for people. Our trip was a short one for them; just 500 miles and overnight. They made sure my father was comfortable and secured on his gurney and I on my narrow adjustable bed/bench next to my dad. The road out of New Orleans is over the bayous and had numerous expansion joints - so smooth was not the best description, but also was not unexpected as I have traveled that interstate many times. The crew was conscientious of our comfort and provided a blanket for my father after about 4 hours of travel when they stopped to fuel up and change drivers. After finally falling asleep (not issues with the ride, just several months of hoping to actually be able to make this journey with my father, who had been in various hospitals in the 6 weeks leading up to the trip), I was both surprised and pleased - we had arrived early, but Chris went into my father's new resident community and spoke with the staff present and arranged for my father to be brought in early. My father was sound asleep and the crew of 3 ensured he was still asleep when he was placed in his bed in his new unit. The crew was gentile in handling my father and adept at their interactions with the staff. Prior to their departure to their next assignment 4 hours north, one of the drivers let me know that we had picked a really nice facility for my father to move into - this single comment was as valuable as gold to me; it gave me an objective opinion that helped validate what I hoped was true. ACC Medlink made getting my father to his new community easy on him and on me. I was at a point in planning that I did not know how we could move my father from state to state with out drama and not in either my F-250 pickup or a rented car. ACC Medlink was agreeable to the overnight plan and made it happen. ACC Medlink made this stressful experience conclude as I had hoped. My father was safely taken while he slept from a community he wanted and needed to move from to a community near family where his care could be observed and enhanced by family members. This transport of my father was almost a rescue mission for my father and our interaction with ACC Medlink was just outstanding. From the backroom staff, the representatives on the phone, and the crew who transported my father to a better place that was still on earth, our overall experience was outstanding.

Good job to our amazing crew for a comfortable safe transport to PA from Florida. Our Josh was comfortable and able to sleep while being taking great care of by our team of Alexis Kacey and Bobby. Would definitely recommend this team to anybody that needs a medical transport. They were the gold standard of support.

Evelyn was a great coordinator, as was everyone else I dealt with. Very courteous, efficient, caring.. Eric Luna was excellent medic, very nice and professional Eric's personal hotspot and Roku stick really added to the long trip.

I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with this experience. The crew went above and beyond at all times. My mom was very challenging at times and she was still treated with the utmost care and courtesy. This crew had the patience of saints! They are worth their weight in gold. If I had to ever do this again, I would request Tawny, Jose and Sandra hands down!

Everyone was super helpful and reassuring through the whole process. Tyler was so kind and gave me all the information to be able to book and Sam was the best at coordinating everything with the case workers and calming my nerves. Payment was easy and transport with family was easy. Chris and his crew were so courteous, professional and easy to talk to on the long ride home. This is a service you don't know you need until you need it and everything was perfect. Thank you so much.

This was a very stressful time for my husband did me. The crew couldn't be nicer and more professional. I felt confident when I sent my husband without me accompanying him. They updated me continuously throughout the 4-Hour trip. They made sure he was settled in the new facility before they left. Amber did an exceptional job. Very caring.
