The crew was fantastic. This was our first time using a medical transport company so I wasn't sure what to expect. Mariam kept in touch with me throughout the ride, sending me photos of my mother and reports on how she was doing (including all the food she ate!). My mother arrived safely and on time thanks to Shalicia and Jose. Additionally all three members of the crew ensured that my mother was settled in her space before leaving. I will always remember the kindness and thoughtfulness demonstrated by all 3 crew members during a time with high emotions and lots of stress for my family. Thank you!!!

The crew made a difficult decision to move my brother-in-law into a great experience because of their kindness and professionalism. Chloe called the day before the move to get information about my brother so they’d be prepared along the way. We received texts and pictures throughout the trip to keep us updated on how he was doing. They sent the arrival time so we could greet him at his new facility. They took him up to his room and went over all the details with the staff at the facility.They were friendly, courteous and professional. We knew our brother had been in caring hands. I can’t thank them enough for a job well done!

Our mother had a stroke while on vacation in New York. Once she was stabilized and cleared to leave the hospital, she needed transportation back to her home North Carolina. Her condition was not stable enough to permit flying and the doctor was concerned a long trip to North Carolina would be a set back in her progress. That's when ACC MedLink came to the rescue! One phone call to Tyler and we were confident this was the transportation that could provide the necessary care required to safely transport her home. With the doctors blessing the arrangements were made. Tyler confidently answered ever question I had with professionalism and most of all with compassion. As promised, the drive team of Khamari and Jomo along with the on board medical professional Loic, phoned 1 hour in advance of their arrival to the hospital. They arrived precisely on time, handled all my mom and dad's belongings (he was able to ride with her in the van), met with the doctor to understand her condition and what care was needed on the way, gathered her medicines, loaded her on the stretcher ensuring she was comfortable and off they went. They could not have been kinder and loved my mom and dad as we would. It was a long trip and they hit heavier than usual traffic but stayed the course. They assisted in getting her safely into the house and up to her room. I and my 6 siblings have the utmost gratitude for this team's professionalism, kindness, support and love. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts. Lastly, without hesitation I would recommend this crew, Tyler, and this company.

The crew was amazing with my Aunt traveling from New York to Virginia. They made her comfortable through the whole entire ride and kept in contact with me, which made it stress-free.

Erik was great! We had to move my elderly mother with MS from Chicago to North Georgia. I had a text conversation open the entire time with Erik. He was very friendly and professional, I did not have any concerns about her safety or wellbeing. Driving overnight was a great idea, mom arrived mid morning rather than in the very early morning. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Overall our experience couldn't have been better! We had an incredible, friendly team (Daniel (medic), Alexis and Jenny (drivers)) that made the transition from TN to WI as smooth as it could be!

The crew took alot of stress off of my mother, and our family. Thank you so much for treating dad so well.

Danny, Alexis and Jenny were fantastic. They picked us up on time and we arrived on time. They were super efficient and professional. They were also personable and very friendly. My mom and I were very much at ease and comfortable during our trip. I would recommend ACCMedlink, and especially Danny, Alexis and Jenny to anyone.

The team took excellent care of my loved one and kept me in the loop during the transporting process. Lisa even followed up with me to see how things were going. Although I hope I don’t have a reason to. If I ever do, I would use Medlink again and I would recommend them to anyone else.

The transport could not have gone better. Jamaica and both drivers were wonderful; so kind, professional and skilled. Getting pictures of my sister and texts during the trip was so comforting, and they let me know exactly when they were arriving. I give them the highest rating possible! Thank you all so much.
