ACC Medlink Reviews: 2,500+ Five-Star Trips

The crew was absolutely incredible and made this 38 hour very stressful trip so much easier than anticipated. Amber was fantastic with my grandmother and kept her happy and comfortable the entire way. The drivers Rod and Shava were extremely courteous and professional and great to talk to! I can’t thank the staff enough for the help they gave us on this trip.

Thank you ACC and the crew sent, Anquonette, Suzan, and Soniel. They were great, work together well, have a "get this done" work ethic. Suzan really helped with my father n law along the way. He can be impatient at times, but she had a way with him, to get him to calm down. I appreciated that. They were all great! Thank you

I called last week to inquire on this service but needed to make an urgent choice. You guys reached out quickly with the basic info I needed and scheduling and payment was painless. The trip was very long (1600 miles) and went well. I felt like the nursing care my mom had was really a blessing, and I also learned more from nurse Lisa than I did from the hospital. My drivers, Louis and Tyvon, were very professional, courteous, kind, and careful with my mom, who was very fragile. Overall I hope that I don’t need this service, but am very happy to recommend them. My experience as a passenger was nice and easy - the van was comfortable enough and very clean. While it’s hard to travel for so many miles, I was able to sleep, eat, use the bathroom when needed, and the temperature was comfortable. This was a great service and great staff, needed at a hard time for me and I’m grateful to have found this team. Thank you for providing this service!

These guys were great! I want to acknowledge Suzan, Soniel, and Anquonette. They arrived on time and were very patient with all that was going on. When they arrived my discharge process was not completed and I wasn't ready to just go. They waited patiently for the staff to get everything ready. This team also worked diligently to load my wheelchair on the ramp, they were determined to ensure it was going with us and would not be damaged in route. All of this took place before the trip even began. The trip went smoothly, they were pleasant to ride along with. Transferring closer to home is a major step in my recovery. I am very pleased with your staff for assisting me in making this happen. Thank you ACC for everyone involved.

I highly recommend ACC. They took me safely and in a very professional manner from OH where I had an accident back home in Wisconsin. Loic the nurse was very helpful and the drivers Curtis and Adam as well. Thanks I recommend!

In the midst of a terrible acute back episode, the ACC crew was able to get to me in Maine in under 24hrs, and got me safely down to NJ within the same day. The crew kept me comfortable and accommodated throughout the (traffic extended trip). I cannot give enough thanks to Brian, Keith, and Lydell!

I had to break out my book of synonyms and antonyms to find enough superlative word descriptions for the experience I with ACC Medlink. Everything about this experience was beyond exceptional. From the people I spoke with on the phone (Ryan, Joelle, and two other nice ladies I can’t remember their names, maybe Michele and Denise?), to the staff that made the trip (names mentioned above) I simply can’t find words to commend or praise them all enough. Communication by phone and email was fantastic. Everyone and anyone I spoke with knew who I was, had my information, and supplied answers in an efficient and timely manner. The van staff was outstanding. Both drivers made us feel safe and were accommodating throughout the whole trip. The Nurse on board was professional, patient, compassionate, and understanding. I hope heaven blesses all of you, your parents, your coworkers, the owner of this company because you were all a godsend.
