Absolutely fantastic.

Excellent service! The crew made my client feel safe and relaxed while on a trip that was stressful and while he was in pain. Both drivers Alexis and Xhulio did an excellent job and were punctual and got him to this facility in a timely manner. My patient's medic Bobby was so polite and charismatic in the way that he interacted with the facility staff and my patient. He was very delightful. I could tell that he took great care of my client.

We had the pleasure of working with Q and his team, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their communication leading up to the transport was outstanding, thorough, and reassuring without ever feeling overwhelming. They immediately put the family at ease during pickup and kept us consistently informed throughout the 20-hour drive with thoughtful phone calls and text updates. The updates went above and beyond, including details about her comfort, the snacks she enjoyed, and the hot meals they were able to provide. They also gave us ample notice of their ETA, which made coordination seamless. By the time we met at the destination, I couldn't help but give them all hugs for treating my mother-in-law not just as a patient, but like family.

All went well. Treated extremely well. Trip was completed as expected. Our needs came first. Worth every penny! Thanks for the great service.

Tim was driving and a very kind calm person. Michael took care of mom on the ride from Michigan to Chicagoland area. Michael accidentally had my mother's cell phone in his pocket but has graciously said he would overnight it back to us. Very grateful for these two people and this service!
