During the 25 hour drive, the crew made my son very comfortable and they stayed on schedule, arriving at the destination on time. August 16, 2026From thr point of first contact with ACC to the end of a 10 hour long transport, this company and the people who represented them went above and beyond in making a very difficult situation seamlessly possible and easy for our family member. Lisa, the nurse, and Jose and Monette, the drivers, were extraordinarily kind and compassionate during the very long drive, and kept our family member very happy and well cared for from pick up at the hospital to delivery 10 hours later at a nursing rehab in TN. They were absolute professionals with beautiful hearts for our family member! AMAZING!!! The company representative was very helpful during a very fluid situation with constant changes, and we appreciate their patience.
