September 14, 2026Myriam was a great communicator. She let me know when they were on their way, when they left and she texted me photos and texts of the trip with my mother. She let me know when they arrived and she stayed with my mom to check her overall health and change her diapers. She was so sweet.

September 14, 2026This was a wonderful experience for both my mom and myself. The staff were always making mom feel Comfortable and taking care of her medical needs. Joshua did an amazing job with keeping me updated thru texts and photos along the route. I was even notified when 45 mins out so I was able to be waiting at the care facility to receive Mom. I can’t thank them enough for their care and concern. Will recommend to anyone needing this type of transport. Thank you.

September 13, 2026Our family was faced with a very stressful situation when my dad ended up in the hospital and then rehab in North Carolina while we were in the process of moving them to Ohio to be near family. As soon as my dad was stronger I began searching for transportation to get my dad transferred for additional rehab in Ohio. From my first inquiry call ACC Medlink was professional and courteous. They coordinated my dad’s trip (picked him up at rehab in NC and delivered him to rehab in Ohio.) They kept him comfortable along the way and gave me updates all day long. Thank you Lisa, Lester and Manuel for bringing my dad closer to family while he continues healing. We greatly appreciate your care and support. If we ever know another family that needs a loved one transported I will definitely recommend ACC Medlink.
