The 3 crew members were excellent

I'm so grateful for Acc Medlink. We had had a horrible experience with another transportation company who cancelled on us very last minute and we were lucky enough to find Acc. They were ultra communicative were on time for pick up and gave us updates through out the trip so we knew where they were. While the price was a little high after going through a company prior who was cheaper and left my loved ones stranded, I was ok paying the extra for the piece of mind knowing that my loved ones were in good hands.

I have used ACC Medlink numerous times and never had one problem. They are the best?

I want to thank our crew of Bobby, terry, and Z. They were wonderful getting us throughout our trip. Their patience, consideration, and communication were awesome. Glad we were gifted with such a great team for our trip.

Everyone took exceptional care while transporting my mom from Florida to Ohio. They kept everyone informed of their location throughout the trip. Everything went perfectly as planned and hoped. Definitely all professionals there.

This crew was amazingly kind and competent. This was a long arduous trip and my dad was not always pleasant, but the crew handled all of it with patience and grace. My only suggestion to the company would be to train the crew on the use of snow chains. We encountered chain restrictions near Tahoe and the crew had to scramble to figure out a solution. They were amazing, they met the challenge head on to work on solution and never once complained in a less than ideal situation.

Linda provided warm, compassionate care to our Mom'and to our family members involved in the transport. The crew was great about making arrangements (unexpectedly) to secure medication for our Mom while en route to her destination. Thanks to everyone for a safe and secure journey!
