September 20, 2026We had to do a long distance transport of my mom from SC to TN (9 hours) and ACC Medlink made everything easy for us. Mostly, I want to give a shout out to Lisa, Lester and Manuel - our nurse and drivers - for making all of us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. It was a huge relief!

September 19, 2026Terrell, Eckner and Chris at pickup greeted us with their warm smiles and professional handshakes. They treated my sister with the most respect and she said they were very nice to her from the beginning of the trip to the end. When she arrived safe and sound, they greeted the rest of the family waiting at the other end with that same warmth and professionalism. She said they fed her well and her favorite was the Godfather's Pizza!! They kept her as comfortable as they could during the trip (even though the roads were very bumpy and her bladder was screaming whenever they hit those bumps!!) Their patience with her was much appreciated. The whole family thanks you, Chris, Terrell and Eckner!!

I am so grateful all of you were able to assist us getting my husband to closer location that he can be taken care of properly. ACC team, Naomi and Jomo were awesome! They arrived on time and took exceptional care of us during the trip. Suzan was especially great and patient with Bob. We had a mishap while on the way and she made sure everything went well.
