August 14, 2026From the initial conversation with the transport coordinator to the final goodbye with the medic when my dad arrived at a rehab back hom in MD, the experience was wonderful! We were treated more like family and not just another transaction with a strong level of professionalism and care throughout the process. My siblings and I took great comfort in knowing my parents would be well taken care of on their trip. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who may need to use your services. August 14, 2026I am so very grateful for the crew taking such good care of my Dad. He is 84, has dementia, and is in extremely poor physical condition after several days in hospital. It was a very long ride for him but I had to get him to his ALF for the care he needs. I was given regular updates and they were very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend !!!!!
